Elena followed behind Julian, her head down. She knew she had to behave well in front of his grandfather. The consequences were known to her as well. If she didn't then only god knew what Julian would do. It even surprised her that he didn't fight the idea further.
They had just walked into the hallway when someone walked in. It was a tall figure, long hair and Elena was about to look away when she stopped. With her head half turned she turned back around to look at him.
It was when he walked closer, the lights bathed his features that she realized who she was looking at. She had seen him just recently, there was no way she could easily forget. She scrambled her brain for his name when Julian broke the silence.
