Elena then went home to tell her mum about what is happening,her mom was shocked but supported her, and told her she will be fine and she pray to God she win the case, Elena felt happy by her mom's words,then she hugged her and she will be fine, so Elena went to her room to ask God for forgiveness for the case she wants to handle,then she started looking for details on what actually happened because they told her that Lucas killed someone, but she can't find any evidence online,so she decided to have a one on one meeting with Lucas the next dayso she called Lucas and told him that he should come to her office the next day, they need to talk,Lucas heard this and smiled then he told Elena that gyal calm down, like you didn't ever greet, you didn't ask how are you, you just went to come to my office whatever, okay so what if I don't come, Elena was so angry hearing this but she had to calm down,so she said you are a murderer and a fool at the same time,make sure I see you tomorrow at exactly 8:00 am in the morning understood,Lucas smirked saying we'll what if I come 2:00pm, what will you do or don't you know me,then Elena said well if you don't come exactly 8:00am, I will happily leave because there are other things more reasonable for me to handle understood,thhen she cut the call,Lucas saw this and said I am beginning to liike her more hmm I must get her,the bodyguard heard this and smiled because he knows his bossis already in love finally hurrah,Elena angrily thre her phone and held her pillow so tight,Elena then force her self to sleep by imaginating another life for herself ,so the next day she went to her office hurriedly,as she wanted to open the door to her office,Lucas opened it for her,she was shocked and said how did you get the key to this door,Lucas smirked and said well maybe you don't really know me enough to know what I can do, but aren't you happy, I arrived before you, Elena was still in shock and say my office my privacy understand, you don't just open it like that,Lucas then said oh ma'am I am so so sorry, I won't do it again, promise, for the first time Elena smiled for Lucas and said I hope you don't do it again understood, okay so let's get back to business, Lucas said yes ma'am as you wish, Elena then sat on her chair and told Lucas and his bodyguard to sit,Lucas then said no, the bodyguard should stand, Elena then said why can't he sit,he is a human not your dog, his legs might be hurting,then she said hey sit down, don't mind your boss,Lucas was calm and told him because our ma'am told you to sit I can't oppose,so sit,the bodyguard was happy and told her thanks,so Elena asked Lucas so what happened,what did the victim do that you had to shoot him, Lucas smiled and said hmm nothing, I just felt like it, Elena was shocked by his reply and said how is that even possible,what kind of human are you,Lucas said the one who can treat you right, protect you and guide,well that was off topic, Elena heard what he said and said are you sure you don't need a psychiatrist, because your words don't sound like words coming out from a normal person,Lucas just smiled and said well I think I am in love,hmm Elena understood where Lucas is heading to so she immediately changed the topic ,so she said okay well it's good to be in love, but how can I defend you when you don't even have a reason to why you killed the innocent guy.Lucas saw her reaction and smirked at her saying hmm, I saw what you did right there, Elena understood so she said well you are wasting my time, there are other important things I can give my time to, Lucas then said well I see okay then I just want you to defend me on this case and don't let me down understood, Elena heard this and was infuriated with anger,so she said really you have the guts to say all this after taking someone else's life for no reason, you should be in jail, but I am doing all this for a reason,if not you and I will not even be able to say hi, because I will make sure you are sentenced to life imprisonment, I am just regretting every step I am taking with you, because it seems like I am also part of your illegal crime argh,Lucas laughed and laughed then he told his bodyguard she is uttering rubbish,the bodyguard understood what was going on,so he just yeah she really is, Elena became more angry and furious at Lucas, Lucas just smiled then left, Elena then said to herself, I could have just looked for a better job than this rubbish I took upon myself,like what's this, argh, Elena angrily left her office to the restaurant so she could pour out her anger to Leo. So she decided to call a taxi,so she could go to Leo’s restaurant ,while the driver was driving,Lucas called,she didn't really want to reply but because of she is a lawyer and has taken his case upon herself, she have to reply,Licas on the other hand knew what he was doing,so Elena answered angrily saying yeah Lucas ehat happened, why are you calling me, Lucas then said well I just want to listen to the voice of the lady who just insulted me some minutes ago,Elena was so angry hearing this that she had to hang up the call,Lucas laughed and said this is just the beginning.
