“I didn’t reject my fated mate to have a weak Luna to stand by my side and lead this pack”.
Zain muttered the words under his breath but everyone present in the room heard him.
This is the first time Zain uttered something about his fated mate.
In the past ten months, Zain never for once talked about his mate and how he rejected her. It was as if he was trying to erase that day from his mind.
Until now he didn’t feel regret for what he did. He believed that he did the right thing by rejecting Isabella.
But after today’s incident, he is wondering whether he made the right decision or not?
Because the mate he rejected while calling her a weak omega, is anything but weak. Something akin to regret crawled inside him. He tried to shake off these feeling but couldn’t.
