Prologue

"I asked you something and I hate when I have to repeat myself" he said, pressing me more into the wall. His grip on my wrists which he is pinning above my head on the wall, tightened but not enough to cause me any pain.
The warning in his tone didn't go unnoticed by me. But still I didn't answer his questions.
"and who are you to ask me all these questions? why should I answer them huh?" I snapped in anger.
" don't ever talk to me in that tone Bella" he growled lowly in a deadly tone which made me shudder. My wolf submitted to him and I lowered my head in submission. My hands curled into fists.
I heard him taking a deep breath as if he is trying to control his anger, before he held my chin and made me look at him. His eyes look a bit calmer but still I can feel the anger radiating from him.
"are you f**king him Bella?" he asked the same question again.
"why? why does it matter to you?" I asked back, this time calmly even though I am feeling angry.
"because you are my mate" he answered.
His words pierced my heart and involuntarily tears pooled into my eyes.
"you forgot to add something Alpha King" I said fighting my tears.
" you are right, I am your mate but....." I took a breath before adding, " I am your unwanted mate, that is why you shouldn't care what I do, even if I sleep with another man it has nothing..... " I couldn't complete my words as he cut me off,
" it has everything to do with me. because you are still mine"
saying this he smashed his lips over mine.
