30 Elliot Senpai = Japanese honorific for someone more senior in a setting, generally used to politely refer to someone from a year (at school) or ranking (at work or other places) above them. Within otaku culture, it’s also used in jest to refer to people who have been in the scene longer, or who know more about certain subjects. There is also a meme of ‘Notice me senpai’, which is the idea of an upperclassman at school noticing the (often younger or less experienced) person. It can be cute, although sometimes also annoying.
