Chapter Fifty-Three Doctor David, as he'd been affectionately dubbed when he'd started his career at the hospital in Bentley forty-five years before, set his bag of belongings he'd cleaned out of his locker in the back seat of his car. A few of the crowd that had given him a fond farewell were still lingering by the front entrance, waiting to wish him a last goodbye.
