Chapter 2

Few days later, Kaiden didn't leave Camilla's side. but, he didn't leave Vanessa either. he knew that it was wrong and he have to work things out when his wife wakes up. Camilla's condition is getting better every day, the doctor told him that the babies in her womb is the main reason why Camilla survived. Months passed, Kaiden left for a business trip. Letisha on the other hand was left to watch over Camilla, hours passed after Kaiden left the country, the hospital that the Fergero Family owned went into chaos. The young madam wakes up and they don't know how to tell Kaiden about it, Letisha tried handle the situation.

Camilla sat in her bed, feeling tired. She was in a coma for 5 months, Letisha was on her side when she wokes up, she was shocked to see her stomach like a two times bigger than a watermelon. She asked Letisha what was happened when she was in a coma. "The doctor confirmed that you're carrying three babies inside, He also told us that if you don't have a strong babies inside, he's sure you're already dead. They saved you and let you live again, Kaiden knew about it right after the accident happened, he was on your side since the day you were confined here. taking care of you every single day, he was tracking down the person who shoot you for over a months but still no news about him. do you remember anything, Camilla?" She was surprised by Kaiden's actions and tried to remember the day before the accident happened.

'She was pacing back and forth in her room after she wokes up, she knew that Letisha would come after her brother and confront him about everything. so she decided to call her after a few rings, Someone from the outside of the window called her name. When she look at the direction, A man dressed up in black suit and a face mask wearing a blue cap and carrying a sniper rifle. The rifle pointed at her and she was shocked. Then, a sudden knock catches her attention. she looked at the door direction and within a seconds she feel her body was shaking, a red liquid from her chest catches her attention. And with that, she passed out' She told Letisha what happened and Letisha quickly called the police for further investigations.

After the police leave, Letisha walked towards her and told her that Kaiden will be back after a few days. She doesn't know what to feel or what to do when Kaiden came back.

Three days had passed like a wind and today is the day when Kaiden will come back. She tried to sleep but she couldn't, She want to escape but she don't know how because he ordered to watch her 24/7. She's scared about his reaction or what will he do about the their children.

It was nine o'clock when the door on her private room opened, a handsome man came in wearing a black shirt, black pants and a pair of black shoes. that's when she realized it was Kaiden, she was in dazed by the moment their eyes met.

"How are you feeling?" A soft and raspy voice came from her husband it was clear that he's tired. She couldn't answer him and she don't know where her voice go, she tried to speak and opened her mouth but no words came out. so she stop and just looked down

Kaiden noticed that she's uncomfortable, he sat down beside her. "If you don't want to talk i understand, i'm just worried." he said. She was shocked the way he showed his care for her, but she was also confused if it was for her or for his child growing inside her. she sigh and look at the man beside her, he still look the same. except for the dark circles in her eyes, it was clear that he's not resting enough.
