NIKOLAI'S POV
I was up early the next day waiting for Buddy. He arrived at exactly 9 and he drove us to the Pizzeria. It was on the outskirts of town and the ride took a while.
We parked in the lot and went inside. We took a table that had a view of the counter but was not noticeable from the counter.
I groaned and checked my watch again. We had been here for four hours and she has not showed up.
"You said she comes here everyday" I told Buddy.
"She does"
We waited a couple of hours but she didn't show up.
"f**k. Do you think she found out we were unto her?"
"That's unlikely"
"But you said she tried to lose you while you were following her" he remained silent.
My phone rang and I picked it.
"Mr. Alexandrov" it was detective Andy.
"There's something you should see" I told Bud
