Getting Close
Our professor for my second subject today did not attend once again. Pakiramdam ko ay tinatapos niya muna ang adjustment period bago tuluyang pumasok sa aming klase gaya ng kadalasang ginagawa ng mga propesor dito sa aming unibersidad. Nevertheless, I remained sitting inside the room while most of my classmates for this subject already went out for a free-break. Apat na lang kaming nandito sa loob ng room. Ang dalawa'y natutulog at ang isa nama'y nagbabasa ng libro habang nakatitig lamang ako sa aking cellphone at hinihintay ang text o tawag sa akin ni Rojan.
I didn't know how I managed to just stare blankly at my phone without getting bored or sleepy. The truth was my whole system couldn't calm down itself, especially my heart which was beating rapidly.
