RU! Lis rose from the darkness, his name on her lips. Black closed in on her, and it took her a moment to realize that the lights were out and she was still sitting in the hangar that she and Ru had tried to escape. She looked around, trying to make out the shape of her mate in the darkness, hoping that her unconsciousness had saved them rather than doomed him.
