  ~Present day~   My escape from the camp was far easier than I had anticipated. Without knowing it, my membership among prince Damian's troop had already been cemented, so even though some soldiers were still outside their tents, I was allowed to move around as I pleased.   All I had to say was that I wanted go somewhere private to ease myself, and I could slip past everyone almost unnoticed.
