I don't know if Thalia has awakened yet but I do know she is in Victor's room still. Ryan and everyone else stayed with her while I tended to Arabella. Seeing Thalia collapse in front of her scared her, and she had been asking if the woman was okay so I lied, I said yes despite not knowing. Mariella is pacing around the room while Arabella watches a cartoon on the television.
