Awkward

After putting on the prosthetic I looked at Kira as I stood from the bed and wobbled as I went to take the first step. Kira steadied me and kissed my cheek softly. I smiled softly as I turned my head just a bit and kissed his lips. "Uh... Angel, we need to eat before I have to head back out to the battlefield." Kira murmured against my lips. I pulled away and pout. "I know but we both know that I will have to be the one to finish him that's his plan I think," I whisper as I start to limp my way towards the door. "Yet that will never happen, love," Kira declared as he followed me. "You can't control me Kira and if I wanted to come to the battlefront I will be there." I slowly walked down the stairs to see that Robin was playing with the twins and they were all laughing. I walked into the room and the girls all turned to see me there before running over to me. I slowly kneel and they run into my arms as they bury their faces into my shirt. "Mamma you out of bed." Lynexia cried as she held onto me. "Yes I am my girls and I'm sorry you had to worry about me when I was the one who was supposed to worry about you," I whisper to them as I look up to see Ash and Raven standing close. "It's good to see you walking around besides in therapy," Raven said as I started to stand. "It's good to be out of the room but here's hoping this war is over soon." Kira came into the room with a look on his face that was a mixture of happiness for our family and regret for what happened to me. This was my battle and he was not letting me get my revenge not even my power of persuasion was not working on him. He was hiding something and keeping me out of the loop, but little does he know is that I will be apart of the battle. I started to lead the girls to the dining and getting the twins settled in their highchairs. Robin got in her seat and started to bounce in her seat when I sat in my usual spot as the pack walked into with all the food. I smiled at them as they set the food on the table and bowed to me. They all smiled at me and didn't look at my legs. "Luna it is good to see you out and about today especially in these times." "Thank you I'm happy to be out today." I started to dish up the twin's food and smile as they started eating and getting the food all over their hands and face. I dished up Robin's food and I could see that she was starting to have characteristics of her parent but her personality was taking after me.
