Before I Met You

Chapter Two

" I guess it was me. I came here to see what's going on " said the wind spirit. " What do you mean? " said the little girl as she looked confused.

" You're still not of age to realize what's going on. I came here because I felt a pull towards this place. And when I came, I could see that the wind weapon didn't hurt you " said the wind spirit.

The little girl looked at him more confused at his statement when she tilted her head to the side.

" It means that you are protected by an unknown force. But, I could see that you have the protection of the moon goddess " said the wind spirit to the little girl.

The wind spirit stopped half way, because he took notice of the little girl's eyes.

" That's very odd. I haven't seen any humans having white hair and purple eyes before " said the wind spirit as he mumbles to himself that the little girl could hear.

The little girl tilted her head to the side once more. She was looking at him and thinking what he meant by that.

" I think you're mistaken sir. My mommy told me that my eyes are blue like the ocean. And that my hair is black that could reflect the sun as it also has a red and orange streak to it " , said the little girl as she tried to correct him.

" Either way little one; you are awfully familiar to me. Like I've seen an old friend of mine from the past. You have the same physical appearance. You also have the same hair color and eye color as my old friend " said the wind spirit as he gently said that to her with a gentle smile.

At the same time, the wind spirit couldn't read the minds of humans. But, he could see that this human wants to approach the children. He could see that the little girl was worried about them.

" My brothers and sisters. I'm glad that you're alright " said the little girl to her siblings.

" I am very sorry brothers and sisters. But I am too afraid to wake up. Because you won't forgive me " said the little girl as she spoke to her siblings.

However, her siblings couldn't see her nor hear her.

" It is my fault that our parents died in the car accident. I am the cause of our parents' death. I am the cause of the bad luck our parents had " said the little girl as she cried when she spoke to her siblings.

" One day you will know that I wasn't meant to be born in this world. I'm different from you guys, " said the little girl as she looked sad.

The little girl tries to touch her siblings as she places her hands on their shoulders. However, when she tries to; she can't. It went right through them. The little girl starts to laugh. She laughed like the world was against her.

" But, I think brothers and sisters you should forget about me. You should live a normal life without knowing I exist. Maybe then good things will happen to you " said the little girl to her siblings.

As she says that, she feels that another adult is coming. But, this was no ordinary adult. This adult looked like he could cleanse ghosts. She faded into the air and went back to her body. A tall handsome man approached the hospital room.

" Look here. I found myself with children in the room " said the young man with a grin on his face.

He could tell he found himself in a room that had a strange thing that happened here. He could smell it a mile away.

" Who are you sir ? " said the worried man.

" Don't mind me. It seems you have trouble talking to these kids. Do you need help ? " said the young man as he rubbed his chin.

The worried man just shook his head. The man approached the children. As he approached the room, he could tell that there was an unknown force in the hospital room. The man stared at the children straight into their eyes.

" I see. It seems like they are in a trance. These children have no sense of life left in their eyes '' said the young man.

He rubbed the back of his head and then he had an idea. He starts to rummage his pocket. He took out four special necklaces. He could tell they aren't alone in the room.

" Don't worry. We won't hurt these children. They need to be with a new family, '' said the unnamed male adult #1, exorcist as he shouted into the air.

He waited and he could feel the cold breeze of the wind. The breeze of the wind gently touched his face. That was his cue. He approached the children at ease. He didn't get hurt by the daggers of the wind. As he approaches these children, he places each necklace on their neck. It was a necklace that would repel any supernaturals including ghosts. When he put the necklace onto these children, they snapped back to reality. The necklace that was on these kids' neck snapped in half like it was broken in a million pieces. And when they come back to life from a long awaited dream, the children start to look up. They couldn't speak, because they had recently lost their parents.

Not only that, their little sisters are in the bed. They could see that she won't wake up anytime soon. The children look at these people. They look confused. There was complete silence in the room. After five to ten minutes had passed, a strange sudden movement appeared behind these humans. It's like they could hear someone calling for them. But, there was no one in sight. When they respond, the voices stay quiet. And then after five seconds, a cellphone that the children recognize starts to ring. The children start to flinch at the sound of the phone ringing. They didn't pick up the phone, since they stayed quiet. And the phone stops ringing.

An unknown sound starts to become aggressive as if it's mad. The sound starts to become loud. It was a screeching scream. A scream that was painful to the ears. You could only make out what they are saying.

" You have hurt us " said unknown voice #1.

" You can't get away from us " said unknown voice #2.

" How dare you? You have hurt me " said unknown #3.

" I won't let you live " said unknown voice #4.

The scream sounds like resentful souls. Souls that came from humans. Humans who have died and not given a chance to reincarnate. The screams would then turn into a ghost. A ghost that could hurt any humans. And ghosts would give them bad luck. These ghosts have a lot of regretful things that they haven't finished in their awakening life. However these screams would change into a different kind of tone. One minute the screams would turn sorrow as if it's sad and crying. You could only make out what they are saying. Some of the voices that you could hear aren't that aggressive than the others.

" Why did you do this to me? " said the same unknown voice #1.

" Why did you cheat on me? " said the same unknown voice #2.

" I gave you everything " said the same unknown voice #3.

" You move on with your life after I die. Do you have no shame? " said the same unknown voice #4.

Other times the voices would then become more violent.

" I'll make sure you won't have a perfect life " said the same unknown voice #1.

" I'll haunt you forever in every places you are and even in your dreams " said the same unknown voice #3.

" You won't feel any pain. But you would feel pain if someone you care about would get hurt " said the same unknown voice #4.

The screams go back and forth. These screeching screams that could transform as a ghost could actually possess any bodies of humans whether they are alive or not. And it wasn't a funny business that you should take things lightly. The screams continue to echo throughout the hospital buildings. Human beings can't see what they cannot see. Unless you were a human born with special abilities. Like someone who could see ghosts and communicate. The ghost that appeared from the scream didn't hurt the children. They still had a little light in them. The children didn't have any darkness nor any ill intention.

The ghost was attracted to the humans. And they don't think that these humans are to be trusted. When these two human men start to approach them after they ignore the sound, the children step back. But, they were now against the wall where their back was touching it. There was nowhere to hide nor run away. The children started to tense up like they had their guard up. The human says to them, " Don't be afraid, child. '' We're not here to hurt you and your siblings' ' as he slowly approaches them at every step. But, the little girls cuddle up together with their brothers. They felt uncomfortable towards them, and they don't understand why.

They were waiting for their little sister to wake up. They would hope that their worries would be gone. But, it wasn't not for them. They understood that their parents passed away. And the incident left their little sister in the hospital. One of the human men lost his patience. Because, to him; he thought it was taking too long to have these kids to trust them. His facial expression changes. It was from disappointment then anger when the kids rejected them.

" Come on now. We're not here to hurt you. You're in a safe place. Look around you " said the worried man to the kids.

However, the little kids look straight at them and they shake their heads trying to tell them no. But, the man doesn't take no for an answer. He comes closer and closer to them. He had already lost his patience. He doesn't want to wait any more. He uses his right hand to grab the hand of the closest child. And he was standing next to the little girl that was closest to him. He grabbed her wrist hard to get all the other kids to pay attention. He wants to make sure that the kids realize this is reality. And that their parents will never come back to them.

" Look kids! You should realize this by now. YOUR PARENTS WILL NEVER COME BACK!! So get this in your head. THIS IS REALITY. And YOUR PARENTS ARE DEAD!! Did you hear me kids? DEAD!!!! " said the man who had finally lost his patiences.

The other human male that was with him was shaking his head sideways. He knows that what he did is unbelievably disgusting. The little girl that was still in his grasp starts to be afraid of him.

" l-l-let m-m-me g-g-go! " said the little girl as she was shouting at the man with her cries.

There were tears starting to form in her eyes. She was very afraid of this man. She doesn't know who he was. And she was uncomfortable with him. Just like the rest of her siblings. They are also afraid of this man. They have a feeling that this man is evil and a bad person. The little girl tries to call for help. But she doesn't want her siblings to get involved and get hurt too. She doesn't trust adults either. She tries to call for help from her third sister. But, will she be able to respond to her when she is still in a coma? No one knows. And the man believes her sister that is laying on the bed will never wake up. So, he has the power to do whatever he wants with the kids.

Even though she's laying on the bed, she could hear everything her siblings are saying and feeling. As well as, she could see, hear and feel what humans are seeing, thinking and feeling. That's when a part of her starts to awaken. A part that no human shouldn't mess around with. Her hair starts to change colors and her eyes change colors too. Around the room, it starts to get colder and colder by the minute. The humans could feel the room temperature change. It was as if they were in a cold freezer. Then, a strange occurrence starts. The walls start to freeze up and turn into ice. The floor turns to ice. These particles attract the attention of the men.

The ice could feel darkness coming from this man. And they won't stop at anything but to freeze him to death. The children's little sister wakes up from a coma. But is it the same sister that they are hoping for? They couldn't tell. The bed that the girl was laying down into was turned into ice. And she was floating into thin air. Her body structure, hair color, eye color and outfits changes based on what it appears in the room. And you guessed it, there was ice in the room. Her hair style was straight and long hair that touched the floor. Her hair color changes to blue. Her eyes change to blue. Her outfits corresponded to blue. Her outfit was now completely different.

The girl's eyes were closed. She was standing, but at the same time she was floating. She was light as a feather. She went straight to the man that hurt her second sister. Her siblings' eyes were shocked. They thought she would not be awake. Was it really their sister? Or was it entirely different? The humans will find it the hard way. In a blink of an eye, the girl dashed to her second sister and she was set free from his grasp. The man; on the other hand, he could feel this girl has cold hands. Because, when her hand was touched by him, he could feel his body shake from the cold. She slowly opened her eyes. And she could identify that this man has darkness in them. She could sense that this man smelled like death.

" You will NOT touch them. You hear me you stupid human?! " said an unknown female voice that escape from her mouth to the bad man.

" Not on my watch. You will not hurt these kids. I don't think that SHE would want to see you pathetic human touching her siblings " said an unknown female voice that escaped from her mouth to the bad men.

Her face was not nice. Her facial expression was angry. She was tired of seeing humans hurting the children. As she was about to hurt the human more, she felt a gentle touch from the children. They surround her. They place their hands around her. They were calling out to her. They were telling her that the second sister is doing fine. She snapped back to normal. The girl that she saved placed her hand around her.

" Little sister, I'm alright. Thank you. Don't stoop to his level. You're not like that little sister " said the girl's second sister.
