"The Council is going to lose their minds."
Lucas stood beside me in Theodore's office, looking at the evidence we'd gathered from the Covenant facility. Documentation of experiments, lists of victims, financial records showing which pack leaders had been bribed or blackmailed into cooperation.
It was damning. Comprehensive. And absolutely going to cause a political earthquake.
"Let them lose their minds," I said, organizing files. "This needs to be public. Every pack needs to know what The Covenant has been doing."
"Some of these names are Council members. Pack Alphas. Business leaders." Lucas pointed to a particularly detailed file. "If we release this, it'll tear apart supernatural society. Packs will turn on each other. Alliances will crumble."
