Chapter Twenty six
Rachel's pov
I met Levis at the top of the mountain, near the observation deck that overlooked the entire resort. He was waiting for me, leaning against the railing with two cups of hot chocolate in his hands.
"There you are," he said, handing me one of the cups. "I've been looking for you. Saw you had quite the encounter down there."
"You saw that?" I took a sip of the hot chocolate, letting the warmth spread through me.
"Hard to miss. That woman tried to run you off the slope." His expression darkened. "Should I have security throw her out?"
"No need. She fell on her own." I smiled slightly. "Besides, we have more important things to discuss than Camilla's poor skiing skills."
