She parked in front of Bryan’s house. But she could not summon up her courage and get out of the car. About an hour has passed since she arrived and at least fifteen minutes since she stopped crying. She felt awful. She did not have such a clash with Jason ever before. She was aware that her brothers would not receive the news with enthusiasm, but still it hurt.
