I was walking on the hallway while observing my surroundings. Then, I saw a boy and a girl holding hands with each other. At first, I thought that they are siblings or friends but to my surprise; the boy called the girl "babe". What? How did that happened? I mean, I'm already in my twenties yet no man is here beside me to call me babe. What a shame! So, as a curious adult I asked the chil- I mean young couple.
"Good day, I am a documenter that compiles every scenarios in a daily basis. And I just happened to notice the both of you being adorable as a couple. Can you share your story about how your relationship started? If you don't mind." I said trying hard not to offend them.
I just make it all up though; I don't even know if "documenter" is a word in a dictionary.
As I spoke, the girl hugs the boy tight like she doesn't want him to be taken away to her and glares at me.
"Don't you dare talk or look at my boyfriend! Because he is M.I.N.E." The girl said angrily while the boy is caressing her back trying to calm her down.
Woah, I didn't mean to cause any trouble. But I will just observe what will happen.
"And you Derrick! How dare you to call me babe then laid your eyes on the other girl?! I hate you with all my heart now! Hmp." She pouted her lips and stomps her feet thrice.
I want to laugh but I restrain it as it will ruin the scenario.
"Adelaide, even when I look at other girls you will always be my babe. She asked us that's why I looked at her but don't you worry the next time that we'll go on a date, I will blindfold my eyes." The boy apologizingly.
Call me crazy but they looks so adorable and pft... Funny.
"Really?" The girl said and the boy nodded.
"Okay babe." She said and kissed the boy on his cheek.
A few minutes has passed when I realized that the boy and the girl are walking away and getting out of my sight.
Well, I guess I will never know how it all started then. And I'll never wish to find it out again.
