Cordelia and Tessa did not stick around long after they had stumbled into Prince James, literally. Upon reaching the Tavern, the two sat silently and politely with the two men before claiming that they needed to get going. Zen and Joe thought that this was quite sudden since they were alright with the idea of relaxing when they were discussing back at Zen's shop. They did not question them, however. "Tessa will see you at the ball, Joe. You'll find her, right?" Cordelia said, teasing Joe a little. His face turned a little red before he laughed it off.
"Of course. I can find her anywhere." It was now Tessa's turn to blush. In that moment, Cordelia glanced at Zen who had a small smile on his face. Cordelia leaned towards him a little and gave him a small kiss on his cheeks.
