The drive was so uncomfortable, Axel stayed quiet, his eyes closed like he was meditating but he knew every time I wanted to touch him.
"Stop" his lips barely moved as he uttered the word stopping me from touching his hair.
His features looked more handsome in the dark shade of the car and I was bored out of my mind.
My phone battery was dead and there was nothing else to do but annoy him.
"Are there any humans in your pack?"
"No" he kept giving curt replies to everything. My mind had gone through every possibility either I would be killed by a wolf or killed from being bored.
His gloomy mood stemmed from Kate's anger earlier. If he was promised to her why was he so determined to get me?
