His lips press deeper into mine, and I feel whole again. Like a part of me that had died is suddenly coming back to life. His fingers continue to twist themselves in my hair, keeping me pulled close to him. But I don’t dare pull away.  In the back of my mind I know that I’m literally wounding Eric, but I can’t stop. I can’t resist.  The air begins to fill with electricity, the green sparks sputtering like little fireflies at first.
