"What's your name, anyway?" I shout as I jog a little to catch up to the alluring creature in front of me. "Allena," She says over her shoulder, but she doesn't stop walking. We pass through several more darkened alleyways and into a section of the town that's been largely boarded up. Flooding and hurricanes have left their mark.  Above me hangs an old wooden sign covered in cobwebs creaking in the breeze, "Voodoo," is the only word I can still make out.  That's when I realize that I haven't even considered the witches and their influence. They could be a valuable ally. My mom told me that she met one a long time ago, a woman who could see the future. She even gave her life to save her. I'll have to return to that shop when I'm done with the Vampires. The more species I have on my side
