Lacey I awoke to the sound of the air horn blaring, the sun was barely peeking over the horizon. Even before my feet hit the floor, I felt it — the pull of something old and waiting. If they don’t start letting me sleep they are about to see true power and darkness, serene growled climbing out of the bed. We quickly ran out of the room slipping getting dressed or putting on shoes, and running in the direction that the air horn blew. Warriors cleared the path instinctively as we moved, heads bowing just enough to acknowledge command without words. We made it to the border, serene pushed our way to the front, I was shocked see no fighting, no claws tearing flesh or threats just a silent group waiting patiently to be seen. At least two dozen figures stood shoulder to shoulder, unmoving
