Calum's P.O.V.
"I," I started, as soon as I heard someone knocking at the door, "need Leigh!"
Yeah, I really do. From the moment I saw her, I knew I have to know who she is. It isn't just some love at first sight - no, I don't believe in that. But there's something about her that made me curious to know her.
"This is insane, Calum," Luke shouted. "You just met her. You don't even know her. Open up!"
"Was Mila Kunis a friend of yours when you decided to go head over heels for her?" I said angrily. "Leave me alone, you weird ugly penguin!"
"Screw you," he said as he pounded hard on the door. Then there were noises - I can hear Ashton talking to Luke but I didn't understand a thing as I try to drain their voices, focusing on Leigh's number alone.
There was a click sound and, soon, the door was open. They must have called to the front desk or whatever to ask for a spare key. I heard footsteps coming closer, and then a hand patted me on the shoulder.
"I told you to leave me," I said, annoyed, not taking my eyes off the phone.
"Yeah, I heard," Ashton said calmly. "That was rude, pal."
"Its a fact," I pointed out, as I locked the screen and the tucked the phone under the pillow. I sat up and faced him. "And an example. She's not just some girl I met at a show that I wanna hook up with. There's something about her---"
"---that makes you wanting more," he said, cutting me off. "I know. Been there. Remember that one show?"
"Yeah," I said, smirking. "You went crazy. You looked for her only to find out she's with someone else already."
"At least I tried," he smiled. "Or I would have forever regret it."
I sighed; "I don't know, mate. One minute, she let me in and the next, she just shut the door. I should have said Leigh."
"She's challenging, isn't she?" He chuckled, as he stood up and walked towards the door. He slid his hand on his pocket, as he continued, "we have three days before we go on our next show."
"I'm scared, man. What if," I looked at him but he just smiled at me.
"No what ifs. Remember, nothing to lose or forever regret," he was halfway into closing the door when he turned around to look at me once more.
I forced myself into a smile. Yeah, I think he's right. "You could have got her. You're f*****g Ashton Irwin!"
He smirked, "yeah, but that would be a shame having someone because you're famous."
"Well," I chuckled.
"Dress up. We got an interview."
And he's gone.
And, so does my phone..
