We finaly arrive at the Brimstone packhouse and my body aches from the long drive as I get out my Beta Mateo is already beside me and thats when the scent hit me a sweet vanilla mixed with roses I always loved the smell of roses but not to this extend it was different and I felt like I never want to stop smelling this scent. the scent makes my wolf Damond want to take over and I struggle to get him to back off but eventualy do as the wind picks up blowing away the entoxicating scent. I head up to the door giving it an hard knock making sure Im heard so that my time is not wasted standing outside. After waiting a couple moments we are greeted by alpha drake and his luna . As always they to had their ass kissing smiles on I guess I should be use to it by now, considerring Im alpha of the largest and known to be the most dangerous its kinda my normal.
Drake: "alpha Blake Corveto the one an only welcome my friend " he extends his hand to me and Mateo shakes it knowing I dont like being touched and he doesnt want to leave drake hanging.
Mateo: "thank you alpha for the invitation is it possible to be shown to our rooms to freshen up ,as you know it has been along trip for us " I cant help but get a smug look as mateo's request sounds more like an order.
I dont blame Drake for spinning around as fast as he can to ask his luna to show us our rooms .
Gina:"so alpha blake I cant help to notice that you are a quiet one I hope that everything is alright we wouldnt want our guest to leave unhappy you should just let me know if anything is not to your liking"
she says trying to start a conversation to trying ease the tention as we walk . "Im not here to have small talks with you luna this is stricktly a business trip I would appreciate it if we can keep it that" I say with a growl and she looks at me with fear an quickly stops at our doors indicates with a small hand gesture an rushes off to her husband not saying a word.
"Sorry Mateo I cant stand her screechy voice its like nails on a chalk board" I say and he starts laughing "no prob boss Im not sure even I can handle it " he says before we enter our rooms it was a massive space with white wash walls an and grey themed curtains and bedding . I place my bag on the bed an grab a fresh pair of clothes an rush to shower an get to dinner. I normally wouldnt rush but I needed to find out where that scent came from as it is all over the pack house and I can feel my wolf is running wild an wants to know what it is aswel
