It's a Yes

The cold breeze outside the pool is a little chilly, but Georgina and Noah didn't mind the wind as their conversation was more interesting than the coldness of the night.

The people inside the house started buzzing, and the sound and up beating music almost made the night feel alive.

They turn around, look at the people coming and going in the house and people moving around, and smile at each other. Suddenly Noah ran out of words and realized Georgina started to feel cold. He hurriedly takes off his jacket and hands her the drink he got from the house earlier.

He was about to say something when Georgina's cell phone rang. Georgina opened her red handbag beside her and got the device; when she opened the screen, Seth's name registered in her phone, calling. She instantly answered his call since he hadn't called her since she moved from Kansas.

"Hey, How are you, big guy. Georgina always calls him that since he was obese when they were small." Seth smiled at her first sentence and started to give a heartful laugh.

" How are you?" Seth started.

" Good, good, I'm fine, Seth, I thought it was sad at first since I miss you all guys, but I have lived," Georgina explains.

" It's good to know that, George. Listen, I just called to check on you, okay." Seth looks concerned.

" Are you at a party?" Seth was curious at the busy background. Georgina realizes her cell phone is facing the main house.

"Yeah, I guess so. I'm fine here, Seth." Georgina smiled.

She looked in Noah's direction. He didn't say anything but was looking at her.

She almost wanted to fall from her place when she saw the intensity of Noah's eyes.

When Seth bid his goodbye, she almost felt guilty for talking to Seth. She tried to look lively and greeted Noah when she sat back in her position.

" That was Seth," Georgina didn't like how she felt.

"Your boyfriend, huh?" Noah asks.

" No, No." Georgina didn't know why she needed to explain and why she was almost defensive.

Noah didn't say anything for a long time. Georgina didn't feel like talking to him either.

She just felt overwhelmed by all her current emotions.

" I like you, Georgina," Noah started to confess.

Georgina stiffens, She secretly dreams for this moment when she is alone, but she doesn't expect she will hear it from Noah.

She clears her throat before she says, "What do you mean?" her mind processed the words.

" I mean, I like you, George, I wanted to see you when we were at school, I liked the way you talked to me, I felt happy when I got the glimpse of you, and now, I just felt like being near you felt so natural and nice." Noah was very handsome and relaxed while he said that.

Georgina can't believe what she hears and look at the water in the pool, People are starting to go in their direction, and the place is becoming crowded. Georgina turns in Pamila 's direction when she hears her calling her name.

Noah looked her in the eyes and said, " I meant what I said, you don't have to answer now, but I wanted you to be my girlfriend." Noah then extended his arms to help her get up.

They are already inside the living room with their other friends, and Noah sits beside her. Their apparent closeness indicates they have shared some intimate talk. Pamila was on her other side and wasn't surprised by their proximity. They are drinking their beers and chatting while Georgina and Noah are flirting.

Everyone was busy minding their own business, and the next time Georgina knew, Noah's lips were already on her. She felt like all the senses in her body lit up, but before she could feel anything, Noah stopped what he was doing and said he was sorry.

Georgina didn't know if it was because of the beer she had been drinking that made the night magical; she surprised Noah when she slowly pulled his neck back to give way to their kiss again.

After their intimate and passionate kiss, Noah asks her if that means he can call her his girlfriend. Georgina nodded, also excited with the new relationship she had. She had never been in a relationship, and she didn't know what to expect. She told Noah about her thoughts, and he said they would have to act naturally with each other so that they won't feel awkward and figure things out together if problems arose. She smiles at their private conversation.

She turns her head to her friend Pamila and asks Noah if it is okay if she tells her about their relationship. He shakes his head, indicating he doesn't like her to know. She slapped his shoulder and scolded him for being heartless.

" I will tell her, okay," and he smiled before she left his side. Noah touched her hands. His hands in hers felt soft, and blood rushed through her face when she turned to him.

"I will go with you." and swing their hands. Georgina was giggling when they reached Pamila.

She looked at their clasp arms, brow arched

" What does this mean?" she didn't look angry at all, trying to hide her amusement.

Pamila looks at Georgina and Noah. Even before they came to talk to her, she already saw them drooling. She was happy for her friend and brother.

She turns to scowl at her brother and reminds him not to hurt her best friend. Georgina came and hugged her, touched by her words.

" I love you, Pam." She meant what she said.

" Oh, I love you more, sissy." Pamila replies,"

Noah was looking at the two influential women in his life.

" Now I am jealous," he said jokingly, laughing.

The party went wild again, but Georgina makes sure she is not too drunk as before she doesn't want to go home groggy, she doesn't plan on sleeping in Pamila's house again, aside from being afraid her parents will react she felt it was inappropriate.

Georgina didn't see the piercing eyes of Amanda glued in their direction.
