The next day, after I took a shower and put on a robe, I came out of the bathroom. I looked around the entire place for a moment, and then I noticed that Maximus was no longer in bed.
I didn't know what my feet event thought that time that they stepped towards the door on their own.
I opened the door slightly, swallowing hard as my eyes wander. In the living area, I saw Maximus, having serious conversation with someone on the phone while his eyes were focused on a blueprint lying on the table.
His back was to me so I could only see his broad back. his hair was still wet and he had a towel wrapped around his neck. He had just come out of the shower and looked very fresh.
He was wearing a plain shirt, a pair of denim shorts underneath. All of that was simple but made him look attractive.
