Liam and Kaia sat in the softly worn leather chairs across from the Alpha's empty desk. They had been waiting for Pacer Moon to show up for the last ten minutes and Liam's leg shook faster with each passing minute with nervousness.
Kaia reached over and squeezed his hand before flashing him a sweet smile, but his leg didn't stop shaking. It finally stopped when he stood at the sound of the door opening. Pacer, the Alpha, walked in with his Beta behind him.
