"Come on, you i***t," I remark as I roughly grab his forearm. I note how warm his skin is under my tight grip. I lead him to my car and open the passenger door. "Sit."
He nervously takes a seat and ducks his head lower than normal to avoid a collision. Just to be mean, I shove his head down a bit as he gets into the car. "My hair," he bites as his fingers raise to his head. I shut the door once I make sure all of his body parts are safely in the car. Satisfied with myself, I go around the side and get into the driver's seat.
"The doctor said about four hours, right?" I ask him as I put on my seatbelt.
"You were literally right there when he said it," he retorts.
"So I'm going to have to babysit you for the rest of the night?" I ask, feigning annoyance. This should be very fun. "Great."
