Chapter 3Eric groaned under his breath when his smartphone rang. It was Sunday evening, and the last batch of customers had stayed seventeen minutes past the normal closing time for his dim sum restaurant. He and his employees could only clear the tables and clean the restaurant up after the customers had already left. As a result, it was now eleven minutes past nine o’clock, and he had just finished locking up the door.
