Elspeth Hennessa was born in Greenwich, United Kingdom. It happened on the 18th day of the month February. The birth occurred when the hour hand struck on one, merely an hour past midnight in Greenwich Mean Time.

It was the first morning of spring. The sky was still dark when they heard the baby’s first cry. She was so loud, it echoed throughout the operation room.

Her parents fell in love with her on their first sight of her. The healthy baby girl was wrapped in a baby pink blanket when the nurse handed her down to them, just freshed from a quick bath.

Her hair was a silky reddish golden shade — just like her mother’s —, swirling at the top of her small, round head. Her eyes were closed when she got into her mother’s arms, but they began to open when her mother gave her a gentle rub, revealing her father’s emerald green blue eyes. Her skin was fair and incredibly smooth to the touch, with just plenty of freckles to love.

Though her mother had to admit, it was quite a labor to give birth to her lovely daughter. How could it not be? Despite only being a newborn, her size was much larger compared to the standard newborn length and weight. At least that was what the doctor and nurses told them.

At the young age of six years old, Elspeth has starred in numerous small parts in television. Whether it was for a movie, TV show, or independent video, offers for the grade schooler to make appearances in various media just kept rolling in.

It was both a blessing and a curse, to have such a beautiful daughter like her. Elspeth was so cute and adorable, people just could not help but wanted to see her appeared on television more often.

Her parents were proud of her, especially because of how much of a good daughter she turned out to be. And the way she showed confidence and cheerfulness in front of the people and cameras — it was as if she were born to be a star.

However, Elspeth’s mother, Anna, was rather concerned with the large amount of exposure her daughter got from such a tender age. She was worried that it might influenced her daughter’s psychology while growing up.

She had read plenty of cases before, where child star grew up destroyed by fame. Some young celebrities was exposed to negative behaviours, and as a result they got addicted to drugs and alcohol. The worst case scenario was when they had died of overdose. She did not wish for her lovely daughter to turn up like any of them.

But Elspeth seemed to enjoy being in the limelight. She could see how her daughter’s eyes sparkled with delight whenever the camera started rolling. She just started her grade school, but she was already working. It did not seem like work to the little girl, though. Elspeth was more than happy to show the world her talents. And the people loved her.

Perhaps it was too quick to make judgement. Anna just had to be careful with the kind of exposure her daughter got.

Days turned to weeks, and weeks turned to months. And before they knew it, a year already passed. She was seven years old now. Little Elspeth’s career kept growing, almost as fast as she was.

Each appearance made her even more famous than the last. Elspeth attracted fans from all kinds of age, from parents to other kids her age. There was just no room to say ‘no’ to the level of her adorableness.

She became so famous that she was invited to guest star in an international well known daytime talk show, El.En, which opened her up to a global exposure. The daytime show liked to invite unordinary kids into the stage, and it was also known for being family-friendly.

Her parents thought it would be too good of a chance to miss such a rare invitation, so they decided to bring her all the way to another country, just to make an appearance at the famous talk show.

They were paid with a generous amount of money, even for just that one day appearance. They got various other accommodations as complementaries too, such as business class plane tickets, five-stars hotel room, and even vouchers to eat at any fancy restaurant of their choosing.

The family of three were flown from Greenwich, United Kingdom, all the way to California, United States. It was quite a long three hours flight, but at least they were not in the 2000s, where the flight might took twice the time longer.

Elspeth was behaving well throughout the entire journey, too excited to make an appearance on the talk show. And her parents were relieved because of that.

During the talk show itself, they were greeted by friendly staffs and treated like A-list stars, pampering them with tasty snacks in the waiting room. Elspeth particularly enjoyed the strawberry marshmallow that they had provided.

When her name was called out and the cue sign was brought out, her parents accompanied her to walk up the stage. The talk show host, El.En, was so nice and friendly that they got along almost instantly. The humandroid shook hands with little Elspeth, and she dazzled the audience with her signature bright smile.

El.En started asking the little girl a few simple questions during the interview. There were some complicated questions too, which her parents helped to answer. They were talking so animatedly that time passed so quickly.

They ended the interview after no more than fifteen minutes, but that was all it took for Elspeth to captivate the audience. She could act well for her age, and her singing voice was lovely. A ‘soprano’, they called it.

But of course, the interview could not end without the host giving some parting gifts. So El.En asked the staffs to draw up the curtains, revealing a man rolling out a cart full of pink. They gave her a large amount of toys and clothes for the girl to take when she got home.

Elspeth was so happy, she was jumping up and down in excitement.

Young Elspeth’s career started to really took off when she was interviewed in the El.En daytime show. At the age of eight, she managed to land herself with a contract to a major supporting role in the “Welcome to This Little Word” TV movie.

The movie rating went through the roof at the first day of release. Her fan base grew even larger than it already was. She even got acknowledgements from all over the world, not just in her country origin. The movie did so great that there were a huge demand to make a sequel. And so they decided to produce a series of sequel to fulfill the demands of her fans.

The franchise was a profitable money-making machine. It has a highly-regarded family drama comedy element added to it. The show became even a bigger hit than the movie when it was first aired, and since then have become one of the main family-oriented entertainment in Greenwich.

When Elspeth joined the cast, her performance earned raving reviews from the fans. She alone was even able to increase the rating view of the TV show, something that rarely happened in the entertainment industry, especially for a new cast member.

Everything worked out so well, until the time when she got sick.

Anna and Matt Hennessa thought that their daughter was just in one of those growth period, where Elspeth was just gorging herself in huge meals. She slept all day and woke up extremely Mackezielous, only to repeat the habit again. As a result, her weight kept on adding up in such a fast rate in just a few weeks.

It was not just her parent who noticed this change in her. The cast and TV show crews noticed this strange change, too. They were concerned that if this kept going on, the girl would grow to be overweight.

If that went on, it might reflect badly on the girl’s career, especially to fans who care about her looks and appearances. If her popularity plummeted down because of her excessive eating habits, she might lose her fandom and eventually got cut from the show.

Her parents tried to encourage her to control her eating habits a little bit, especially her mother. Anna tried to provide more vegetables and fruits for her daughter, but even those were not enough to suppress her carving.

Seeing her daughter eating so excessively reminded Anna of when she was still pregnant with her. There were times when she was so hungry, she almost ate heaps of meal plenty enough to feed an entire dining room full of people.

One day, Elspeth fell down on a heavy fever. Her body temperature increased so high to the point that she ached all over the place. When this happened, her parents took her to see a doctor immediately, not wanting her condition to get any worse.

And why not? Thanks to their daughter, they had enough money and plenty to spare to have a doctor cure her sickness. They might be acting exaggeratedly, but one could never be too careful enough.

“Mummy, it hurts,” Elspeth complained through the fever.

“Yes, I know, sweetheart. We’re almost there. Just hold on,” her mother said soothingly, patting her on the head to calm her down.

Anna was at the back seat with their daughter, who was resting her head on her tights, while the father, Matt, was driving their Pilinkton.

The girl was sweating like crazy. She was so hot, she could have accumulated a bucket full of sweat.

She was feeling faint. Her lungs felt stuffy. It was becoming harder and harder for her to breath.

“Please… Mummy, daddy… Help me. It hurts!” she plead exigently.

“Espy sweetheart, tell me where it hurts! Mommy will make it better,” her mother said perilously.

“It hurts, mummy! My chest is hurting me! It’s achy and I can’t breathe!”

“Matt, go faster! This is an emergency. She’s getting worse,” Anna urged her husband, who stepped up the gas and made the vehicle ran faster.

Then to her daughter, she said, “I’m sorry, Espy. We’re gonna get there soon. The healers will make you feel better, I promise.”

Anna rubbed on ribs to help make her feel better in the meantime. That was when she noticed something strange on her daughter’s body. She could feel a large lump on her upper body area when her hand grazed through it.

She was not sure if she was only imagining it at first, so she repeated the movement again. This time, she was not only finding one, but two immense lumps. The sensation was familiar, but she could not tell for sure since Elspeth was wearing a very thick sweater.

The mother lifted the material up, only to discover something even stranger.

She blinked twice, her eyes were unable to look away from the colossal lumps. There was no denying it. Her daughter was growing breasts!

As a mother, Anna was already mentally prepared for this to happen to her daughter. But not for another five years! And definitely not at this state of size.

How could this have happened? Elspeth clearly did not have these yesterday! She knew because she paid attention. Such a rapid growth could not have occurred in such a short span of time!

Ten different thoughts crossed her mind at the same time. Could Elspeth have eat something poisonous? Perhaps that was the cause of the rapid change. Maybe these are not breasts, but cancer. That was even worse! How could it happened? But cancers could not grow this fast, could it? Or maybe it was a rare abnormality?

Her hand lost the grip of the sweater as her mind began to spin in thoughts. She could only pray that whatever was happening to her daughter, it could be cured.

The vehicle came into a halt once they arrived at the nearest hospital, just right in front of the emergency entrance. A group of nurses and a doctor came rushing out from the double doors under the Emergency light, pushing a hospital bed towards where their vehicle parked. They opened the door and moved the girl to the bed, before transporting her into the building.

Anna and Matt rushes along with them, distressed written all over their pale faces.

Young Elspeth had no idea what was happening to her. All she knew was that her body was aching all over, especially her chest area. Inhaling oxygen became a labor to her. She could not think straight. Her head was getting dizzy, and her sight was growing darker, covered with black dots.

She could briefly see her parents running to her side, looking worried and sad. She also saw some people dressed in blue uniform. Must be the healers, she guessed. They will make her better. And then her parents would not have to be sad again.

That was the last thought that crossed her mind, before unconsciousness took over.

The healers went to work immediately, even as some of them helped to push the hospital bed. They went on and check on her temperature and pulse. Elspeth was admitted into one of the emergency room as they continued checking and monitoring her state.

It was a few minutes later — a slow, tormenting wait — before the couple were called in by the doctor in charge of their child.

That was when he explained her rare condition to them.

“Your daughter is suffering from bilateral breast hypertrophy. It is a rare medical condition of the breast connective tissues, which resulted in the rapid growth of her breasts.

“At first, we assumed that it was a virginal breast hypertrophy, which means it would have stopped by itself once she reached maturity. But signs are showing that this is not something that can stop even after she reached adulthood.

“Sadly there was no cure to completely stop this disease. We could perform a breast reduction surgery, but there is a 70% chance that her breasts will grow back to an abnormal size. It is not really a solution, but it can be a temporary relief to the patient, not counting on the pain she would have to go through during the operation.

“Even was we speak, her body is undergoing a fast breast-growth surge. The only thing we can do is help her breath easier.”

They watched Elspeth through the window as nurses cut off the sweater with scissors carefully, giving the girl more room for breathing.

The fully exposed lumps looked strange on their daughter’s body. Her breasts did not look like an eight year old’s, but that of a full grown woman’s.

They could not see much from afar, but they looked like a hand-ful size, each with an immensely large areolae covering most portion of the flesh. They have a very light pink shade, so light they were almost invincible against her fair skin.

Another nurse put an oxygen mask to the girl’s nose, allowing the patient to breath normally.

“The fever is currently had was just a side effect. I had injected her with a medicine to lower down her temperature. The good news is, it was taking effect fast. However, your daughter needs to stay in the hospital overnight for a mandatory watch. We will keep a close eye on her, in case something else happen.”

“Is there anything that can be done for her condition... Dr. Kent?” she asked, reading his nametag.

“For now, that is all we can do. We can’t act harsh as it might worsen the condition. But I want you to prepare her from now, considering all the changes she is going through. I’m sure your daughter will appreciate it more if her mother can give her the talk.”

“Of course, of course,” Anna nodded immediately. “Thank you for your help, doctor. But do you know what had caused the disease?”

“Aside from the abnormal increase of hormone in her body, it can also be caused by her genetics,” the doctor explained, politely implying to Anna’s own large breasts without looking. The girl must have gotten it from the mother, he thought.

Every since the incident that occurred a year ago, Elspeth’s body had went through a lot of changes. It was not just the changes of her body, but also her life.

One of the things that changed was the bra. Well, it was more new to her than anything. This thing called a bra that her mother gave to her were tight and stretchy, just like what her mummy usually wore around her chest.

The moment she put it on though, Elspeth knew that she did not like it. It was tight and suffocating. Suddenly, she could not breath again, but her mummy told her that she was just being dramatic.

Her mummy said that this was what girls like her wear now, that she was turning into an adult just like her. Elspeth was not so excited about becoming one. If all adults had to constrain their chest with this bra tool, she would rather choose not to grow up at all.

Anna, her mother, told little Espy that it was not a choice of wanting to grow up or not. It was just something that happened naturally. Everybody went through it at one point. And whether she liked it or not, she had to do as what she was told. Or else, no dessert forever.

But dessert was her favorite part of meal time! And so Elspeth listened to her mother and be a good kid.

She put on the constraining thing and went her merry way. Soon enough, she was even forgetting that she had the thing on her the whole time.

When at school, Elspeth began to notice how other kids are different than her. Aside from her, no other girls in her class had any lumps on their chest — not unlike her. Her suspicion was confirmed just before during gym time, where she and the other girls went to the changing room. They all stared at her once she took off her clothes.

“Espy, what is that you are wearing?” one girl asked.

“Is that a bra?” someone cided in.

“Woah, when did your chest get so big?” another girl asked.

They all overwhelmed her with questions.

“It just suddenly happened,” she tried to explain. “Remember when I took a sick day before?” Some of them nod their heads. “I got this really nasty fever. My parents brought me to the hospital. The nurses there were so nice,” she told the story, getting a little side-tracked. “But then I got these lumps on my chest, and I mummy told me I had to wear this thing from now on,” she pointed at the bra, almost distastefully.

“Lucky you! I want one, but my mum won’t let me. It’s still too early, she said,” a girl standing across from her, Gigi, said with a hint of disappointed.

“Yeah. My older sister said I’ll get to choose the ones with the cute patterns, once I get older,” Sarah said.

“I once saw a bar with pink hearts on it! And pink ribbons, too!” Joan exclaimed.

“That sounds nice. Maybe I can ask mummy to buy me one, too,” Elspeth muttered in thought.

“What cup are you, Espy?” Joan asked curiously.

Elspeth scowled in confusion. “I don’t know.”

“Here, let me check. They always say it at the label on the back,” the other girl offered.

“Um, okay.” She turned around.

However, once the girl read the size, her eyes bulged with shock.

“42C?!” she half yelled, half announced.

“Woah, really? That is so big!” shout Sarah.

“I’ve seen bigger,” someone else commented.

“Not for our age, silly,” another countered.

“Wow, you can get into one of those interviews again, Espy. What was it called? El.En?” Sarah asked.

“Yeah. I mean, look at her. They are so big, you could have broken a Guinness record! I can just imagine the title: ‘The biggest breasts by an eight year old’,” Joan asserted proudly as she pat her friends back. “You go, girl!”

True enough, words about her suddenly change spread around like a wildfire. Not to mention since she was still part of the cast in “Welcome to This Little World”. Her often appearance on TV made people learn fast about her new growing physique.

The TV producers tried to cover up her physical growth of course, not wanting to spread any false messages to the audience, but it was still unavoidable. Not with how prominent her breast growth was, despite the many thick layers of clothes they tried to put on her.
