After 5 hours of travel, they finally reached Atlanta. Everyone was lively about it as they continued through the streets, they manage to reach the Atlanta bus station with its final stop. They finally reached their first destination, they stood up and take some stretches. 

“Finally, we're here, Our first Stop,” Ayame said as she stretches out her arms alongside the people hopping out of the bus. 

“Yeah…” Heather slightly sighed as she hops out of the bus as well. This grabbed Ayame's attention and thought she was already fine a while ago but it seems it wasn't. 

“I thought we already talked about this.” Ayame started to Heather, she knows after defeating Tachibana, Troy would retire and just live with Kagura instead with Heather. Despite how the two always act like siblings and Heather being pushy to Troy, she still cares for him and sometimes not willing to leave without him. 

“It’s just… never mind.” Heather sighed. In a few distances, Troy, Amis, and Hässlicher were eating their chips as they walked around. 

“Say, I am quite impressed with this type of food,” Amis stated as they continued walking. 

“There is more food up ahead,” Troy stated as they saw the other food stalls in the station. 

Luckily, they already booked the tickets for the later 3 in the afternoon Bus to St. Louis station and after that, straight to L.A. Back at the three, they were eating some lunch, Troy chose some burger with a side of fries, Amis took chicken while Hässlicher took a fully vegan diet. Their order came in, so they decided to dine in without the two sentient beings.

“Hey Hässlicher, do you always eat on a vegan diet?” Troy asked as he takes one piece of his fries. 

“Well no, I have a schedule of when and what to eat. For example, if I eat meat on Monday, then I'll eat Vegetables on Tuesday.” Hässlicher explained to the two, Troy took notice and seems very interested in that way of a diet.  

As the continued eating, back at the terminal, the two were in a fight, not to a normal citizen but a deity. They weren't having trouble with the deity but it seems that this was the type of fight they were looking for, a sentient being against another sentient being. 

“You got this?” Heather said as she flapped her wings and dodged every other attack from the deity. 

“You bet I am!” Ayame said as she continued dodging each in every attack, and this made the deity frustrated. 

“I'm surprised an angel and a succubus are helping one another, you know it’s against the law.” The deity said as he keeps on the attack, cracks from the ground began spilling as purple rods then began capturing innocent people, this made Heather took notice and charged quickly. 

“What law? There's no law about an angel teaming up with a Succubus.” Heather stated as she keeps on attacking, her hand began glowing as she reconstructs nearby objects as a barricade so people wouldn't saw this. 

“So that's a common stereotype between Heaven and the Underworld huh?” the deity said as he then continued calling out the rods from the underworld to capture the innocents, Ayame then decided to make a purple barrier and blocked the citizens to finally sure they won't get hurt. 

“SURRENDER NOW TANTALUS!” Heather told the deity as she stepped on the floor, the heavens gate opened and a loud tremor began, it was an indoor earthquake and Ayame notice it was making the innocent people cowered in fear.

“NEVER!” the deity didn't surrender and continued fighting on despite the sheer lost was in front of him. 

“Well then you have no choice but I have to send out our dual powers!” Heather said as she stood side by side with Ayame, both the angel's holy light behind her was mixed with the purple aura from the succubus. 

“HEAVEN’S WRATH!”

“FEEL THE DESPAIR! MEET MY NEW ATTACK! ETERNAL PUNISHMENT!” 

Both the two ran together side by side and then transforming the energy near them and concentrate it to one place and one target, the deity. They sprouted their best and threw in one of their strongest attacks, Heaven's punishment or Eternal Wrath, the beam was combined with the golden and holy light and surrounded by purple hazes as it continued reaching to the deity. 

“WHAT THE?!” the deity shouted in fear as the beam hit him on all fronts of his body, and immersed shockwave happened and nearly all glass panels in the station cracked and others were shattered which the three felt it while they were eating.

“What was that?” Amis asks as they continued eating.

“I don't know.” Troy shrugged, Amis then ignored what happened and just continued eating. 

After that powerful indoor explosion, the deity was on the floor, tired and all of the pain from the aftershock of the combined powers. He was panting for breath as the angel and succubus looked down on him, it was a humiliation for a deity being beaten by an angel and a succubus. 

“Yeah you're right, we are a good match.” Heather panted after releasing their full energies into the battle, they manage to recycle all of the leftover energies so they could still act like their usual selves. 

“I told you.” Ayame smiled at the angel, as they thought it was over, the deity slowly stood but he was too tired and couldn't even fight anymore. 

“Fine you win!” the deity finally surrendered, the two finally breathed in relief. 

“Now, tell us, where Tachibana is?” Heather asked, since they won they had the right to ask for an important question. This would help them as they go to Las Vegas, so they could know where exactly that demon is.

“H-He's in…” before the deity could even finish, he exploded for no reason, this made the two hide as fast as possible.

“We fought a deity.” Ayame scratched her neck. 

“Wow. You two, alone?” Troy asked once more, they nodded and he just went with it but little did he knows, the two locked a new type of power or a new formed of Quanti power, transforming energy at will.

Meanwhile, at the CCTV, Tachibana saw all of this and was worried and slowly become a coward as she saw the two slowly become stronger and stronger, knowing that deities are hunting the group, he still wouldn't be relaxed.

“So this is fate, huh.” Tachibana said after looking at the footage, he then decided to leave the cameras and began training his newly developed power.

Back at the group, after rebuilding everything back to normal, they decided to take some snacks first before the bus leave. Luckily, they bought a lot and finally left. They sat on the far end of the bus but the difference was that Amis is with the two sentient beings while Troy was with Hässlicher. 

As the bus finally left the station, it was time for a new day, and a new power was waiting for them that would boost their weapons and Quanti power, the power to control, harness and manipulate Energy.
