It was still the middle of the night and they already finished their third stopped. The group already has rations and they only go to the comfort room at each stop and just bought drinks, people were surprised that they have a lot of money but the truth is, they have a lot of paper. Troy was sitting alongside a sleeping Hässlicher and behind him, the three were also asleep. He checked on his phone to see it was 12 in the midnight.

“So 12… I guess it's 1 in Japan. Maybe I should call her.” Troy stated after looking on his phone, he then went to his contacts and called Kagura. He pressed on her number and placed the phone on his ear, waiting for her to receive the call.

Halfway around the world, Kagura manages to receive the call and so the couple began having a distant call.

“Hey…” Troy softly greeted her as he looked at the windows of the moving bus.

“Hey, How was the journey?” Kagura asked.

“Quite good, just Ayame and Heather manage to defeat a deity while we were eating and the new guy seems to be a nice kid.” Troy explained while looking, he was satisfied with what happened earlier. 

“I see, so Did you already told Heather?” Kagura asked, Troy then looked behind him to see Ayame was sleeping on Heather's shoulder like a couple, he smiled and turned back to the phone.

“Yeah, I guess she can handle it alone with Ayame.” Troy knows how difficult it would be if he left Heather but since he already chose this path, there was no turning back after this. 

“And how was Amis?” Kagura asked, Troy didn't look at him since he already knows, the knight is fine.

“He seems to be new to his weapon, on the contrary, he's good at it.” Troy stated after recalling all of Amis battles, which is just One only, thanks to the deities who always battle the other deities.

“How’s Dad by the way?” Troy teased to Kagura.

“Shush You only met him once and luckily he was nice to you since you helped the city.” Kagura denied Troy's teased. 

“Fine… I'll just meet him after this whole Tachibana in the state’s mayhem.” Troy said. He was excited to meet Kagura's father for the first time, strict but kind. 

“Do you want me to go there as well?” Kagura asked Troy, he knows she would be useful but since her father told her not to come, no means no.

“We can handle this on our own.” Troy said to his girlfriend. 

“How come? Didn't last time you fought Tachibana you nearly get killed?” Kagura was worried but him ever since the day he nearly died, luckily Heather healed him very quickly.

“and you know… I was the one who defeated him.” Kagura stated, she knows Troy couldn't handle it alone even if there is a group with him. Heather and Ayame can defeat Tachibana was at ease but Troy was insisting that he is the one who would defeat Tachibana but in all reality, he is the one who would be defeated. 

“I know but no means no remember?” Troy said to Kagura. He heard her sighed in the other line, both know that they wanted to be together to fight Tachibana one last time but sadly, family first.

“Say, Can you tell me your adventure once you got home?” Kagura asked, this gave Troy a smile on his face.

“Sure.” Troy smiled.

“Well, I have things to do now… bye!” Kagura said.

“Bye.” Troy said, the two ended the call and Troy placed his phone back in his pouch. He took out a drink, opened it, and drank it. While doing so, he noticed something was wrong. He then looked at the window of the far end of the bus and saw a car, it was near to the bus' tailgate and might hit. 

“Hey, Heather…” Troy said as he wakes up the angel, she slowly wakes up from her slumber and saw Troy was looking at her.

“What is it now?” The angel asked as she yawned after waking up. 

Before Troy could even talk, a bump was heard at the far end, the passengers were still asleep but this bump made Heather fully wake up. Troy then looked at the window and saw it was the same car, he felt like that car wasn't a usual car at all, it felt like it was a deity. 

“Do you think that's a deity?” Troy asked Heather since she can easily identify if someone or something is a deity or not. She then looked at the window and felt the sensation of a deity nearby. 

“Yup.” She said. They didn't bother to wake up the others since they can handle it, like their usual back then. 

“Hold on tight!” She said as she grabbed Troy's arms and in a blink of an eye, they penetrated the bus and got outside. She then releases her wings after going outside of the public vehicle, Troy immediately reconstruct his coat into a shield and hover from the cemented road.

“Listen, I might teach you a new form of Quanti power while we fight this.” Heather said as she summons her staff.

“What?” Troy asked, the car accelerate toward them, with a fast reflex, they manage to dodge it but as a result of the car hitting the bus, Heather then looked at the panel and saw the people were still asleep. 

“Quantum powers aren't just only transforming atoms but also manipulate energy as well, for example.” Heather explained, she then used her staff. Its head began glowing as the wind beside them was getting weaker, Troy was amused by this like Amis was amused by almost everything. 

With a full-throttle, the car went faster and Heather then released the stored energy upon to the car, it was lifted above the ground but for a brief moment and slammed down after a quick ascend, nearly toppling over. 

“Now your turn!” Heather stated, this was Troy's new lesson and it felt a new feeling in his heart, excitement? He then summoned his spear [Double Edge] and started storing the nearby the cold wind into heating and active energy. The spear's tip slowly began to spark as he realizes that Double Edge got to its maximum energy capacity. 

“GARRRGHHH!” Troy shouted as he jumped from his shield to the car and penetrated the spear to the car's trunk, releasing the energy to the car and a realization of an inevitable explosion was near for the car. 

“Great.” Heather said as she manages to grab Troy while he was holding the spear, the explosion gave a huge push for the bus and when they looked at the passengers once more, they were still asleep. 

“Why are they still asleep seems something was sketchy…” Troy thought that there was something else got into the bus, they hurriedly went back in and saw someone was awake and standing in the bus' small hallway.
