Alpha Black pov

ever since the raid i just wasn't myself, nothing seemed right, my mate was killed right in front of my eyes, that mother fucker slit her throat right in front of me, how could he do that, i didn't know where the f**k my beta in his mate was, not until a few days ago when that mother fucker texted me a photo of them with their throat slit, an hour later he sent me another photo of their bodies burning, things have been going down hill for me, i knew i should find my second chance but how could i get another one when im still not over Stephanie, she never wanted to train, i kept telling her to get out there and train with them, she did a few times, she was a good fighter, but not good enough, the mother fucker grabbed her pulled her head back and slit her throat, all because i didn’t know where they were, he asked about Amber, i knew where she was, but i wasn't going to tell him, i need to keep that part out, me and Stephanie was only together for two years, i loved her with all my heart, i was almost to Alpha Ace pack, i needed to be careful, i told him to keep Amber inside because a rogue was looking for her, i hope he does what i told him to do, But you can never tell another alpha how to run their pack, only the king and queen does that, there has been rumors that they haven't been seen in years, i think that's the reason why the Rogue is after power and money, the guards opened the gate and let me drive inside, they were expecting me, so i drove right through without stopping,

finding the pack house, parking in the driving way, i got out of the car. when I saw Ace standing there, i was thankful that he followed my direction, that way if im being watched, they won't see her, i hurried to walk up the stairs to shake his hand,

“Does she know anything yet?” he shook his head and said,

“No, not yet, I'm leaving that up to you, you need to let her know what her parents have done so she knows why they let her go so quickly, Come on inside, shes waiting for us in the family room.” I walked inside the pack house, down a long hallway, i saw many family photos of the pack on the wall, including Ace and his parents, they passed away so long ago, nothing bad, it was just of old age, they were over 900 years old, it was their time, wolves can live for a long time, we age a lot slower then humans, we have birthdays of course, but just say, if you see one of us, and if we like say about twenty, we could actually be forty, or fifty, you never know, we finally got to the family room, Ace opened the door, than closed it,

‘The walls are soundproof so what says here stays here, my beta and gamma are on the way, so as soon as they get here,’ right when he said that, two tall men walked inside, This is my beta Bolt and gamma James, they are here to listen and take notes, they will than do a investigation on things,” i nodded as i sat down in one of the chairs, Ace sat down beside Amber as Bolt and James stood there wondering what was going on,

“Alpha Black, before you say anything, i want you to know, i have been trying to call my mother and father, but they don't answer. All I get is their voicemail. I tried to mind link them, and all I got was static. I really wanted them at my Luna ceremony, but I couldn't get a hold of them.” i knew this was going to be rough for her when i tell her what had happened, but i needed to tell her, i looked around the room, than my eyes landed on her, sighing taking a deep breath i let it out,

‘Amber there is something i have to tell you, the night you left, i didn't have a clue that your parents were up to, they made a deal with someone, i knew nothing about, the night you left, they packed everything and took off, i didn't know why they took off, but i felt the pack bond break when they drove through the border, i tried mind linking them and calling them, they had blocked me out, i couldn't find them, trust me i tried, but it seemed they covered their tracks, well two weeks ago my pack had a raid, rogues tore through the place almost destroying everything, they caught my mate, she was fighting a rogue, we didn't know he was the lead of them, He grabbed her by her head held her head back and slit her throat, all because i didn’t know where your parents were. What he told me, He paid your parents a good mount of money for you, he was coming back to get you, I wouldn't tell him where you are at, i told him I didn't know were you are at, well a few days ago, he sent me a photo, he found your parents honey,” i stopped when she fell on her knees, Ace kneeled down with her, holding her while she cried, i knew she knew, i just didn't want to tell her how,

“How, where, when, where were they? how did they kill them? Wait, i don't want to know that. How can i get them back here to bury them? Please tell me Alpha Black, please,

“Honey, I'm sorry, but there is nothing left, when he finished when them, he burnt them to ash, i'm so very sorry, but your safe, they don't know where you are at,”

“What did that rogue pay my parents for? You said that, why is he wanting me alpha Black?”

‘Honey, He paid them so he could take you back with him, you would belong to him to breed, and have his pups, and then he said he would use you until he decided to sell you or kill you,” i heard her gasp again, tears came faster down her face, i felt so bad telling her this, but i had to, i needed her to know the danger she was in, i sighed, and said

“His name is Garth. He was visous and determined to find you. He said he would stop at nothing to get you.” she looked up with tears in her eyes,

“I don't want to hear anymore, im done hearing what he had to say or about my parents, i can't believe they sold me to a f*****g rogue, that means i need to train more, Ace, please let me train more, i need to,”

“Honey we will train together i promise, we will start tomorrow morning i promise,” she nodded then got off the floor, “Please excuse me alpha Black, i need to go do something, turned her back to us and walked out the door,

‘Alpha Black, thank you for coming and if we can do anything for you or the pack, please let me know,” i nodded and shook his hand, i headed out the door back to my pack, i needed to get back to see how the rebuild is going, i knew it was going to take awhile to get it all back but its a start,
