The third Sunday in July is always an event at the Verne Estate. This is the estate’s annual festival. During the whole day, there’s a special atmosphere. The inhabitants of Locron and the surrounding area meet here to taste the wines produced in this exceptional terroir. Like a funfair, there are various activities, and we also offer cellar tours. This is the first year that I participate as an employee. But it’s especially the first time that I’m largely responsible for organizing the day. Jameson gave me a hand, but he has so much else to do here that he relied heavily on me. Fortunately, Madelyn gave me some advice when I had doubts.
