Chapter 6 Annie’s exhaustion overtook her while she waited for Nayn to finish mixing the exact paint colour he’d been after, which she supposed was the whole reason he’d refused to answer her straight away. He wanted her to get some rest. Yet her sleep was not restful. Her dreams were full of memories too mashed together to be of any use.
