“Do you mind swapping seats with Ashley?” Mrs Johnson asked Lily after inviting her to her office for the sake of Ashley.
“Why should I do that?” Lily asked immediately.
“I'm sure you know those two were in a relationship and they broke up. Ashley complained to me that she might not be able to concentrate if she kept sitting with David. So, after much thinking, I decided to agree with her. I judged the situation from experience”, Mrs Johnson explained to her in detail.
“I have no idea that breaking up is that hard” Lily said and paused briefly.” Maybe because I have no experience” she laughed at her own joke, but when she saw Mrs Johnson wasn't getting the funny part of what she had said, she immediately composed herself and stopped laughing.
“Yeah,sure. I can do that” Lily hurriedly
