I told Libby we needed to talk she needs to know she has a family and actual family although I'm not sure how she's going to handle the information,  she's been with me for nearly a year and I have known this whole time but I didn't hide my abilities from her we aren't allowed to tell young witches that they are witches had I told her she would have had too many questions that I couldn't answer 

She may not have had access to all of her abilities but they were still in her so when Libby came downstairs we had breakfast and I asked her to come to my office after she finished eating and cleaning up after herself 

"Knock Knock" come in Libs, hey Sky what's up is everything, okay, look I'm sorry about the cup the other day and I hone... STOP I already knew that wasn't your birthday you'd have to be a complete i***t to think you were born on the day you were found you were obviously already a few months old and I don't care about the cup, but you never call me into your office you're in here a lot working or whatever and you and your mom usually come in here when your family is over as well as the council so I figured I did something if I did .... Okay Libby look we need to talk I already told you that now have a seat I sat Libby down and explained that although my mother wasn't her mother my father was her father that my siblings and I were actually her family I explained that I had informed that Dbag Alpha of this, that none of us knew about her until about two weeks before I showed up in this forest and that I had actually come to find and watch her get some information on her like who she was how old she was weather she showed signs of having any kind of power since we didn't even know when she was born , I explained that we didn't have any information on her mother but we were looking although it's been one dead end after another,  and then I asked if she understood what was going on with her 

Wait, wait so this whole time you knew that you were my sister,  yes Libs I knew and I wasn't supposed to involve myself with you until closer to your 17th birthday but there were two things I couldn't do,  and those two things were, I couldn't leave you in that shitty situation and I couldn't let you know that you had power it's against the rules but to protect you I couldn't hide mine, therefore, I couldn't tell you who I was, Sky I don't understand why couldn't you tell me about myself,  Look Libs you're not a reborn you're a baby ... wait I'm 17 I'm far from a baby Sky I think I could have handled being told someone in my actual family was trying to reach out to me, Libby you don't understand,  Then, by all means, please explain it to me because I don't understand why you would lie to me for almost a year,  okay first off I did not lie I simply left out that bit of information,  you left it out, you left it out I'd say that was a pretty imp..... "BOOM" "AHHHH" WHAT THE, okay okay Libby you're a baby so you don't have control of your powers we're going to work on that but you need to listen to me and calm down before you destroy my f*****g house then I'm going to be pissed because that s**t will take to much f*****g energy to sort out, Sky put her hand up and waved it toward the window,  then all the glass that had just exploded from the window kinda came back together inside the window and sealed the only thing that was there that indicated the window was ever broken was a c***k going through it,  Sky smiled looked at me and said it's cool gives it character,  I had seen Sky do some things but this, this, this was oh my f*****g goddess she just fixed a f*****g window literally with the wave of her hand,... WHAT ARE YOU 

are you seriously asking me that right now oh right nevermind babies are so rare I keep forgetting look sit down shut up control your emotions because I fixed it but honey you broke it and f*****g listen to me 

Sky explained that she wasn't allowed to tell me because I would have figured out that I may have powers like her and that was against council rules apparently for good reason,  she said had I found out then I might have tried to force the powers out which could have put everyone in a dangerous situation she explained what a baby was, what I was and what she was , she said she is a rebirth most of us are apparently rebirths meaning even though you still have to go through the awakening first the awakening is much harder and they already have there Familiar,  that Ronan has been with her since her first life and is a part of her,  they  also retain all of the knowledge of every past life they have ever lived and with that knowledge comes stronger and more dangerous powers,  she said that my or our fathers would have been able to pin me as a baby from the start,  and he would have prepared me for my awakening without actually telling me anything,  by doing things like having me learn to concentrate how to control my emotions and things like that,  but since he abandoned me and according to Sky he did abandon me which makes me feel really good not I had nobody and then apparently my mother abandoned me either that or died but she wasn't really sure on that point

After all, was said and done I didn't completely understand but I do respect Sky and I appreciate everything she's done,  so we decided to start my training
