"Mrs. Lewis," an answering service operator, who receives calls and concerns from the customers, and refers them to the specific teams or people within the company, who can answer specific concerns, call out for Janet behind the operator's desk. "Yes?" she answers from the side of her desk, too, looking over the partition to the service operator.
