23:11, blinking bold green numbers appear on her watch, lights up just enough for her to see in the semi-lit hallways of her apartment. No one has greeted me yet, she sighs. Not even a single text, call, or notification was on her cellphone from everyone, her family, friends, and Vee, and she had waited all day long.
