Chapter 2 - One Wild Night

“Liam should I drive you home?” Asked his driver
“No, take me to my usual spot, I need some cool breeze for the night”.
Liam is a very powerful and intellectual billionaire, he owns several tech companies.
Entering the club Liam went straight to the bartender.
“Prepare me my usual” He said
After a few minutes, the bartender handed over the drink to him. Climbing the stairs Liam went to the rooftop.
He had always liked going to the rooftop mainly for the views and cool breeze.
Just as he was in the rooftop he saw a lady walk in, she was wearing a long black dress with a slit exposing some part of her legs.
Her long blonde hair rolling down touching her shoulder, with her cute brown eyes staring at him
“Rough night” he said as he continue staring
“It's been a lot” she said while trying to avoid his gaze
Liam could see a lot through her eyes, he could feel her pain and worries just by looking at her
“Mind sharing” he said
He watched as she walks slowly to him, breaking the distance between them.
She told him everything about the wedding and how she no longer have a business partner anymore.
Liam just stood there listening quickly to her. He couldn't believe that she had gone through a lot.
“So tell me about yourself” she asked “Are you just some dark and mischievous person, or are you being mysterious so that you will get laid”
“WOW!” Liam chuckled, “you are being so direct”.
“Well I am jobless, broke, about to be homeless and again tipsy, I have got nothing to lose”. She said sobbingly.
Liam gave a smirk while staring at her
“She is just so honest”, He thought.
“If you could do anything wild right now, what will it be?” Liam said lowly
She looked at him with all kind of boldness and seriousness saying “Get married”. She answered.
Liam was shocked, he wasn't expecting that response.
“Why” he asked
“I have been through a lot lately, I just want to feel what it is to be loved without having to worry about anything” She answered bitterly
Liam could see the sincerity in her, she really wanted to get married.
“Then get married to me” Liam offered
“Sure, let's do it”. She said without even giving a thought to it.
Liam gave a smirk taking his phone, he dialed a number.
“I am getting married Alex, get me a everything needed for the wedding and meet me at the club on the rooftop, now”. Liam said and hurriedly hung up without giving the him a chance to speak.
“Just give me a minute, future wifey”. Liam said giving a smirk
After a few minutes, Alex came to the rooftop with a priest, a certificate and other things needed for the wedding.
Alex came close to Liam “What about ……..” Liam interrupted him
“Don't ruin my wedding”. He said
“Priest you may begin” Liam said
Aria was happily standing while holding a plastic bouquet staring at Liam
“Do you Aria Blake, take this man Liam Kingsley to be your husband?”
“I do” Aria giggled
“Do you Liam Kingsley, take this woman Aria Blake to be your wife?”
He paused for a while then said “I do”
“You may now kiss your bride”
Liam took Aria into his arms and gently placed a kiss on her
Taking her out of the club, Liam booked a hotel and gently placed Aria on the bed
“Holy crap, I just married a stranger” She giggled
“Well I can say the same for me” Liam said while leaning over the wall.
Taking off her shoes, Aria adjusted herself as she laid fully on the bed
Liam just watched her, leaving a smirk on his face.
Liam watched Aria as she slept off, with that he left the room, just then he met with Alex.
Alex was his Secretary and also a good friend of his, he didn't have so much friend. So Alex was his one and only trusted friend he had.
“Alex what have you done, your parent and……..”. Liam again interrupted him. “No one should know about this, it should be our little secret”. Liam said while waking out from him.
The next day
Just as Aria woke up with a slight headache, she noticed a ring on her finger and was greeted by a bartender.
She wasn't quite sure of where she was or what she was doing there and what the hell was on her finger.
“What!, W-who are you and what am I doing here”, She screamed.
Just then a man walked in, he was wearing a joggers and a plain tee shirt.
Aria was still in shocked, who was he, why was she laying on a bed and where is her best friend.
She had so much questions running through her mind.
“Who are you sir?, What am I doing here and where the f**k is Maya” She angrily said
Liam gave a smirk and said
“Good morning wifey”
“W-wifey, What, How?” Aria asked confusingly
“Excuse us” Liam said to the bartender
Watching him leave the room, Aria stood up from the bed
“I don't know who you are or what you want from me, but I am not your wife” Aria screamed. “I need to see Maya, where the f**k is Maya” She said while struggling to reach for the door.
“Don't be in a hurry wifey, there's nobody out there for you” Liam said leaving a smirk.
“Wifey? I am not your wife, stop calling me that, and why am I wearing this ring?” Aria was confused why was he calling her his wife and why was she wearing a wedding ring. She needed answers, she needed to speak to Maya.
“Don't you remember?, we got married yesterday you are mine now” Liam said by bringing her back to earth.
“Yours, how? No-no, it can't be possible, leave me I need to get out of here” Aria shouted she just couldn't understand what she was being told.
Just then Liam handed over a document to her, it contained their marriage certificate it was fully stamped and sign.
Aria couldn't believe her eyes, it was having her signature.
“What the f**k happened and why can't she remember anything about it”. She thought
Liam just stood there with his hands inside his pocket staring at her.
Just then Aria flipped to the front and she was a photo with an headline
“Billionaire Liam Kingsley caught in secret Vegas wedding -Is the playboy finally tied down”
Just then Aria jaw dropped and stared at him
“You are the Liam Kingsley”
Liam gave a smirk “Surprised wifey”.
