Chapter 1

Our first meeting ??

"Aghh...nakakapagod mag aral talaga ,world !" I stretch my arms , fingers at pati na yung legs ko, to relax my body from stress .

"Kaso kailagan luna eh , at para makapag pasa ka ngayon sa last semester para makagraduate na agad o malalagot ka kina mommy at daddy, at sayang naman din ang mga hirap nila mommy at daddy sa akin , " Naiiritang kong reklamo and I shrug .

"Hindi ba unfair world na pagkatapos mo mag aral tatrabaho ka na para mabuhay ka?" Tanong ko sa mundo habang tumingin sa langit .

" Walang relax na relax sa buhay, trabaho lang ba habang buhay pa tayo, yun ba? Kahit isa lang saglit na bakasyon sa mga graduated students , hindi ba pwede? " Tanong ko sa pinaka unfair na mundo na wala naman kasalanan.

Nasa labas ako ngayon sa paaralan ko , nagaantay sa mga kaibigan ko lumabay, pagkatapos sa pag chitchat namin sa aming gropu na magkikita kami ulit pagkatapos sa aming mga klase ngayon hapon .

Ilang buwan na din kami hindi nagkikita ,dahil busy na busy na kami sa mga gawain at maikli naman ang vacation namin eh.

At sa ilan minuto ay nakarating na sila sa saan ako tumayo sa harap ng paaralan ko .

"Hello girls!" Yanna greets us in a excitement voice. Her both hands are up in the air , walking like a model, kahit hindi ito model kundi estudyante lamang ito , pero magaling talaga ito sa pag rarampa ,at tsaka perpekto ang katawan nito ay parang model talaga , wala mag dedeny sa kaniyang katawan at ilagay mo pa ang mukha pa.

"Ang ingay mo naman ,Yanna " Iritang tono ni Via .

"Well duh, hindi ba pwede? " sarkastikong wika niya.

Via glared at Yanna, and so do Yanna glared at Via with an amused smile painted on her face.

"Come on guys! Can you stop?" Napakunot ang noo ni Shane dahil sa away na naman na sinimula ni Via .

"Via? " Nalilito tanong ni Natalie kay Via na nakasimangot ngayon.

"Why do you look so irritated today? What happen?" Shane asked and make a curious look, and tilted her head to Via.

"Did something happen?" Natalie added.

'Oo nga, it's true like, why does it seem she looks so irritated today? She's so boiled up in a big pot steamer?'

"Is it something about your boyfriend? " Hailey guessing as if it is the reason why she looks so irritated today.

"Wait...Via, YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND?!" all of us were shock ,except with Hailey ofcourse , she knew as always ,the first socializer among our group.

"Wait ,wait , wait, hold on!... B-but how?" Shane stutter , habang ako at si Yanna hindi nakagalaw sa aming pwesto na parang kami statue sa liberty ,...couldn't believe and can't speak, because of a shocking news came from Hailey .

"Bakit hindi mo sinabi sa amin Via ! Diba friends tayo?" Naiiyak na talaga ako dito world , ba't si Via meron na?!

"Spill the tea ! No don't spill the tea, give us the tea." Samantha gesture us.

"So surprising? " Via raises her right eyebrow.

'Oo naman hindi naman na expected na magkaroon ka ng boyfriend naman after 5 years!'

"Where do you guys meet? When did you fall in love? Do you love him? Does he love you? Is it true or you're joking? Mahal mo ba siya?" Natalie added , and asks out so many questions to Via.

"Mas mahal mo ba siya kesa sa amin?!"

"No drama allowed dito , Yanna" bored sagot ni ni Via kay Yanna.

Ofcourse naman ,Via explain how they met, the person that she's dating right now , and guess what the person she was in relationship with?!

It was the son of the famous Co-founder of the Raylander Airlines! He's name is Jace Meara!

Ganyan ba talaga ka ganda yung bestfriend ko?! Pull na pull niya yung mayaman ha? Pero of course guwapo din at marespetuhin sa kanya at sa magulang niya, sabi ni Via .

I could not believe, WE couldn't believe it like- , how, how?

"Anong dasal mo Via? Sabihin mo sa akin dali!"

"Wow engage na engage si Luna ngayon ,huh? Noon pa man hindi , at ngayon oo? Sayang naman yung nag ligaw sayo!" Sabi ni Samantha.

"Oo sa ngayon! " I look at her.

"Ba't ngayon lang?" Guluhan tanong ni Natalie sa akin . Tumawa lang kami dahil sa lutang ni Natalie ngayon.

Grabe naman to si Via una at agad agad naman nagka boyfriend habang kami chuchu , wala pa.

After talking for about 4 minutes, we settled down, relax from questioning her, and decided to go out to the mall to buy a milk tea, and have a big chitchat for a moment, kase free kami ngayon oras.

Hailey told us that she has a group of friends that would join us today. We agreed together to meet them ,and order some foods in advanvce para when they are arrive, they can just order their drinks at kakain din sila directly, at alam naman ni Hailey anong gusto sa mga kaibigan so siya yung nagoorder para sa kanila .

Not so surprising na madami kaibigan si Hailey. She has a big group of friends, kesa sa amin magkakaibigan.

Hailey said that about 3 minutes they will arrive here in the milk tea house for the meeting.

Me and my friends were just talking, and immediately stop when a group of guys ,entered the entrance at the milk tea house.

My friends were admiring as Hailey's friends walk towards our table from the entrance .

No one caught my attention, not until this one.

He wears a simple white v-line shirt, and a navy blue short.

His hair was brushed up on to his left side.

'He really suits his hair like that'

He wears and looks simple only, not until I look down to his wrist.

He wears an expensive watch! Yung mamahalin na brand! Anong tawag Dun? Ah Rolex!

'Aba baka spoiled to!'

He wear the newest and the expensive Rolex watch!

When I look over to his shoes, my eyes widen and were completely out of shock.

God, makakamatay! It was a Balenciaga! This man must be really rich, huh?! Swerte I guess, no?

Simple look but wears expensive things...

They greet Hailey first , before us and introduce themselves, but I didn't pay attention to them.

I only pay attention and stare to this young handsome guy na nasa harap ko ngayon na sobrang tahimik lang at pinagmamasdan ang mga tao sa labas at sa loob.

I think siguro ,he's one year older than me , while he's friends? Maybe two or three older ?

It was about his turn, when I flinch when someone pinch me.

'Via naman!'

"Aray!"

"Hey sorry sa ginawa ko hindi ko talaga sinadya , hindi kase ka nag pay attention sa kanila eh!" Sagot niya.

"At why do you keep looking at that guy? Do you like him?" She added.

"Huh? Anong pinagsasabi mo ? What do you mean, Via?" I stutter.

"What do YOU mean at anong PINAGSASABI mo? You keep looking at him?! Alam mo yan." Via raises her right eyebrow.

We stop talking ,when he introduces himself to us and offer a handshake.

"Hi, I'm Zion Cohen. Nice to meet you!" He calmly introduced himself.

'Oh, Cohen? What a beautiful surname?! Does it seem like his surname isn't like other typical Filipino surnames? Or maybe it is a foreign surname?

'Zion Cohen, huh? I'm going to be soon your wife, char. I'm going to be soon Mrs. Cohen. Wow ang advance ko talaga gaga!''

"Hello, I'm Yanna! Nice to meet you!" she made a handshake with him.

"Hello too, I'm Shane, nice to meet you!"

"Samantha, nice to meet you." She nod as she introduces herself to him, calmly.

"I'm Natalie " she shakes her hands with him.

"Via, nice to meet you, and this is Luna"

She looks at me on her right side as she raises both hands directly to me.

"Hello! I'm Louise Natasha Vergara, you can call me Luna or Love if you want to?" a wide smile painted my face when he was stunned and stared at me for a few seconds.

"Wow! Complete name pa huh?!" Natalie smirk.

"Louisse Natasha? What a nice and lovely name it is" he smiles looking at me.

I am sitting in front of Shane in our university canteen, eating my favorite vegetable salad with potato paste while Shane was eating her favorite food.

"Hey!" I flinch when Shane shouts at me.

"Yes?" Bakit naman siya sumigaw , hindi naman kami layo sa isa't-isa?

"Are you listening?" Tanong niya sa akin.

"A-ah what is it?" Nuutal kong sabi.

"You're not listening, are you?" She sighs and raise her left eyebrow.

"Why so deep thought? Do you have a problem? " kumain siya muna bago siya tumingin sa'kin pabalik.

"No, nothing" I continue eating my salad.

"What is it? "She became concerned.

"Nothing, I just thinking about-"

"That man?" she cut my line.

"What man?" Tanong ko.

"The man that you stare for hours and hours yesterday? Hailey's friends? " I flustered.

"I knew it" she snap her finger while her eyes close then look at me again.

"Knew what?" Confuse was taken over me again.

"You keep thinking about him, are you?" Hula niya at tinukoy yung lalake na meet namin kahapon.

"H-huh? " Anong ibig sabihin nito?

"Are you in love with him?" Shane directly asked me.

"In love?!" Gulat ko sumigaw sa kanya at dahil dun ang mga estudyanteng ay tumingin sa'min na nag taas ng kilay at puno ng irita sa amin.

"No, I am not in love with him I just ..." Tumingin ako pabalik kay Shane nang mabuti.

"Just what? See? I think you are in love or interested in that man or whatever Luna, ever since yesterday you became like that, and you keep staring at him also?" I couldn't speak, I only blinked.

"Ano ba Luna?" Before I talk I sigh.

" Maybe?"

"Maybe?" she raises her eyebrow

"I don't think so it's a maybe?" She suspicion.

"Why?" Tanong ko.

AFTER SCHOOL

I go to my favorite cafe and start doing my homework and task. I stop when I see Zion entering the door.

Before he could enter, I ran towards him and greet him, he was surprised.

"Hello, Zion! " I smile sweetly.

"Hi, Louisse . How are you doing today?" Zion asked.

"I'm doing well. How about you?"

"I'm doing well too." He stares at me for a moment before he starts talking.

" You can freely call me Zion" My eyes widen.

Oh em gee !.... Wait can I? I don't think I will call you Zion, instead, I will just call you my love, hehe.

"Sige, I will call you Zion but I prefer calling you My Love" I spoke without realization.

'OH s**t LUNA.'

His face looks shocked. Ano ba! NO! I SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID THAT OUT LOUD, IT'S SO EMBARRASSING!

Then I heard him chuckle a bit.

"If you want to, then I will give you my permission" He smirks.

I- what? WAITTTTT HOLD ONNNN-

Na shock ako sa sinasabi niya. Really I can call him MY LoVe instead of Zion his name?! I stare at him before I start talking.

"Ahhh I was just joking naman hehe," sabi ko sa mahinhin kong boses at tumawa rin na mahina.

"Neither you are joking nor not, I'm serious about it, Luna." I was stunned. Completely shock.

AFTER he orders his coffee, we talk about ourselves to get to know more.

"What do you want to become?" Tanong niya habang tumikim ng kape.

"I want to become a teacher" Sagot ko with full of self confidence and determination.

"Oh I see" He nod.

"How about you?" Tinanong ko siya pabalik.

"Hmn...nothing else? A Businessman? I'm handling my dad's company."

"What kind of company?" I asked.

"Tracking? or whatever" he sipped his coffee before looking at me again.

"Oh" May attitude pala to oh! Well... not expected naman kase ang sungit talaga into.

"What's your favorite color?" I ask

"Black"

Black? It suits him though, maybe is it because of his aura, the way he has?

"you?" he asks

"Hmn...I don't know" Nagiisip ako ng mabuti kung ano ang paborito kong kulay.

Hindi naman sa ganoon na hate ko sila , hindi ko lang ma ano...paano ba to?

I think brown siguro kase parang attractive siya para sa akin and Orange? No for me also neon.

"You don't know?"

"yes" an awkward silence interrupts us.

Then, suddenly he cuts the silence and starts asking about my favorite food and drink.

"favorite food and drink?"

"Seafood and Nestea?" I replied.

"you like seafood?" He asked.

"Yes, how about you?" Sabi ko.

"Neutral" Sagot niya.

"Oh" Oh nalang ang sasabihin natin sa mga sagot niya , kase ang cold hindi kaya ma init sa boiler!

There's still a silence between us sa conversation namin.

What to expect Luna? Ikaw na ang magtatanong sa kanya ! Ikaw pa namn ang ambivert dito!

He put his cupped down to our table at tumingin sa'kin ng seryoso na parang ini-obserbahan.

This is getting awkward!

"What food and drink is your favorite?" Sige na nga ako na ang pumutol sa tahimikan!

"Any dishes, especially drinks." Sagot niya pagkatapos tumingin sa'kin.

Oh? So he can eat food whenever like other people cooks? Or maybe his foods are always high class? Gosh, I'm starting to get confused, why can't he be specific? But he says any dishes? But he's not entirely specific! It could be a high class or not?

After a while, Zion looks after me in my uniform.

"UP?" He guess while looking at my uniform.

"Yes" I nod at him.

"You? ADMU?" He also nods at me.

" Major?" Tanong niya sa'kin.

"Taking BEED , my major is English/ Liberal Arts" I answer in all my might parang na nga akong magtatrabaho eh!

"How about you?" I ask before I take a SOP of my coffee.

"First year , business school . Joining a program MBA to know a lot more about business. My major is Economy." Wow, his answers are always short but have details naman if we're talking specifically.

"Oh?!" Gulat?

'Haaa... this is getting embarrassing!'

"Department, right Education?" Hula na naman niya.

"Yes, Education, and I'm 4th year ."

We started to get to know each other ,more and more , pero hindi malaking impormasyon parang sakto lang.

I didn't know pala that this cafe was his favorite cafe too!

pagkatapos namin pag sasalita ng 3 oras ay sinabihan ko siyang uuwi na ako at kumayway sa kanya habang umalis na ako

I arrive at my condo between 6 and 7 PM at natulog agad ako dahil sa pagod .
