Chapter TwoDavid ran toward the voice in the heavy fog. He relentlessly looked around as he heard whispered surrounding him.
“Where are you?” he calls out.
The fog continued to consume the docks as if a haunting billowed into the land. He gasped, hearing voices in different directions. The voice continued to call then faded in the background. He looked around one last time and a pathway of the fog appeared. He ran to the docks only to hear screamed. David dashed to the pier with each second fearing the worst. The fog seemingly faded away as he ran. The water raged against the docks in a haunting fashion. The turbulent waters smash against the barrier as if to eat the land.
