“I think I’m going to propose to her.”
Arthur’s shocked expression made my brows knit into a frown. “Why are you acting like I just said the dumbest thing ever?” I demanded, narrowing my eyes at him.
“Don’t you think it’s too soon?” He asked and I shook my head. “I mean, you guys haven’t even had a proper conversation about everything.”
“There’s no point in having a conversation. We can have a conversation after the wedding. We are grown and there’s no time to waste anymore.” I stood firm on my decision even if Arthur tried to talk me out of it.
Arthur was silent for a while. “What if she doesn’t want to get married to you again?” He asked, his brows slightly raised. “Huh?”
I brushed off his concerns with a dismissive wave. “You needed to see how she looked
