Episode 11: The Great Migration

267 Words
Tala and Happy had never seen anything like it before - a vast migration of animals making their way through the forest. They were walking through the woods, Happy bounding ahead and Tala following closely behind, when they heard a distant rumble. As they moved closer, the rumble grew louder, and Tala realized that it was the sound of thousands of hooves beating against the ground. As they rounded a bend, Tala and Happy came upon a massive herd of caribou, their antlers held high as they moved through the forest. The herd stretched for miles in every direction, and Tala could barely believe what she was seeing. She had never seen so many animals in one place before. Happy was beside himself with excitement. He had never seen so many potential playmates in one place before. He leaped and bounded around the edges of the herd, barking happily as he tried to get the attention of some of the smaller critters, like rabbits and squirrels, who darted among the caribou's legs. Tala watched, smiling, as Happy played among the animals. She knew that it was a special moment, and one that she would always remember. Eventually, the herd began to move on, and Tala and Happy continued their own journey through the forest, still awestruck by what they had just witnessed. As they walked, Tala couldn't help but think about how many other incredible sights and experiences lay ahead of them in the wilderness. And with Happy by her side, she knew that she would be able to face whatever challenges and adventures came her way.
