🌸💮 " The city was slowly sinking into evening. Soft orange light from the setting sun spread across the crowded streets. People hurried past each other, cars honked impatiently, and the distant sound of rain clouds rolling in filled the sky. Inside a modest office building, most of the employees had already left. But one desk still had its light on. A pair of slender fingers moved quickly across the keyboard. Tap… tap… tap… The girl sitting there worked silently, her full attention on the screen in front of her. A few strands of long dark hair had slipped across her face. She gently tucked them behind her ear. That was when the light from the window finally revealed her features. Her skin was soft and fair, almost glowing under the dim office light. Her deep black eyes looked calm but carried a quiet sadness, as if they had seen too much pain at a young age. She was small and delicate, barely 5’2, with a slim and graceful figure. Her pink lips were naturally beautiful, yet they rarely smiled. This girl was Marry. A girl who looked fragile… yet carried a strength that no one noticed. To the world, she was just a data entry employee in a small company. But the truth was very different. Once upon a time, Marry had been the beloved daughter of a rich and respected family. A little princess who had everything. Until one day… A car accident took both her parents away. And along with them, her happiness. After that, her father marry again her second mother took her into their house. But instead of love, Marry received only coldness and cruelty. In that house, she wasn’t treated like family. She lived there like a servant. Every morning she woke up early to finish house chores. Then she went to work. Then she returned home to more work again. The only person who ever cared about her was her childhood friend Rose. And Rose hated seeing how badly Marry was treated. But Marry never complained. She simply endured everything quietly. Because deep in her heart… She still believed that one day her life would change. She just didn’t know… that destiny was already preparing something far more dangerous for her. The sky had already turned dark. Heavy clouds slowly covered the city, and the distant sound of thunder rolled across the evening sky. One by one, the office lights started turning off. Employees rushed outside, eager to go home before the rain started. But inside the building, one girl finally closed her laptop after finishing her work. Marry. She looked at the time and sighed softly. “It's already late…” She packed her small bag and quietly left the office. Outside, the wind had grown colder. Street lights flickered on as the first drops of rain began to fall. Marry walked along the quiet road, her long hair moving gently with the wind. Soon the rain became heavier. She quickly opened her umbrella and moved toward the side of the street. That was when she noticed someone standing nearby. An old man. He looked worried as he kept trying to call someone on his phone. Again and again… but no one answered. The man sighed helplessly. “Why isn’t anyone picking up…?” he murmured. “How am I supposed to get home in this rain?” Marry watched him quietly for a moment. Then she slowly walked toward him. “Uncle…” The old man looked up in surprise. Marry gently held out her umbrella. “Please take this.” The man shook his head immediately. “No child, I can't take it. You'll get wet.” Marry gave a small, warm smile. “It’s alright. My house is nearby. You should take it.” Her voice was so sincere that the old man couldn’t refuse. After a moment, he accepted the umbrella. “Thank you… you’re a very kind girl,” he said softly. Marry simply nodded and stepped away. Without the umbrella, the rain quickly soaked her clothes. But she didn't seem to mind. Suddenly— A loud truck horn echoed through the street. Marry turned and froze. A tiny puppy had wandered into the middle of the road. The truck was speeding toward it. Without thinking, Marry ran forward. “Hey—!” She quickly scooped the little puppy into her arms just as the truck rushed past with a loud roar. Water splashed everywhere. The puppy trembled against her chest. Marry gently stroked its head. “It’s okay… you’re safe now.” She carried it to the sidewalk and placed it down carefully. The puppy looked up at her with wide innocent eyes before running away. Marry watched it for a moment. Then she quietly continued walking through the rain. By the time she reached home… It was already 10 PM. Her clothes were completely soaked, and cold raindrops slid down her hair. She slowly opened the gate and stepped inside the dark house. But the moment she entered— A hand suddenly grabbed her arm. She was violently pulled back. SLAP! The sound echoed through the hallway. Marry stumbled back, crashing into the table behind her. Her step mother stood in front of her, her face twisted with anger. “Where were you this late?!” She grabbed Marry’s hair roughly. “Who were you roaming around with, huh?! Enjoying yourself outside?!” Marry’s lips trembled. But no words came out. Tears slowly filled her eyes. Her aunt shoved her away. “Get out of my sight!” The house was silent. Marry lay on her bed, exhausted, her mind still heavy with the memory of her parents and the cruelty she endured all day. The moonlight spilled faintly through the window, casting long shadows across the room. At 2 AM, a subtle creak echoed somewhere in the room. Her eyes snapped open. A dark figure stood near the corner—tall, silent, motionless. Marry’s heart skipped a beat. Every nerve in her body screamed. She could not move. Could not breathe properly. The shadow moved closer, step by careful step, like it was testing her. Before she could even scream, a cold hand suddenly clamped over her mouth. Panic surged through her veins. Her body froze, her chest tightening. She tried to pull away, but the grip was firm, unyielding. Her wide black eyes reflected pure fear in the dim moonlight. ~~~~~~~~~~ so my dear readers she was our new Little baby girl marry .so do you like her pleass give me comments and you like this story please add on your collection.its support me and give me strength to write..
