Phone call: Unknown: What is it? I hope you're not calling me to tell me you won't ve showing up tomorrow, Livie, darling. Olivia: No, I'm not. I'm calling you to to tell you, I may have found someone that you can get close to to f**k with that fucker, Damien. I chuckled. Unknown: Well, well. What has your plaything done for you to be so upset and so sudden? Olivia: He thinks he can dump me without consequence? Ha, he's sorely mistaken. That b***h has gotten further than I ever could with Raphael and even had the gaul to take Damien. She f****d with the wrong b***h!! Unknown: Who's this… woman you speak of? I don't enjoy calling women bitches without proper cause. If anything, this woman sounds interesting to have gotten under Olivia's skin. I smiled at the thought. Olivia: The cow's name Divinity. I'm not too sure her last name but she works for Raphael. Intriguing. I've never heard of this woman or any woman that put Livie on the defense like this. She must be something extraordinary. Unknown: Calm yourself. Since you're helping me in my… endeavors, I can spare a time or two to do the same. Have you retrieved anything about the woman as of yet? Olivia: Already sent you some pics. That's her. I put someone on her yesterday when Sarah told me about her just to be sure, but I didn't think she'd actually be a problem. My guy went over there earlier tonight and then back again a few minutes ago. He got some photos of her. As she spoke, my phone dinged from the pictures she sent me of this woman. I must admit, she is a beauty, natural, not trying too hard. She has a gorgeous smile. Mmm, her body is plump… you don't see that around these parts. She looks familiar for some reason. Unknown: OK, got them. I gotta go. I'll see you tomorrow. End of phone conversation. Who exactly are you, Divinity? No matter, I'll soon find out. Next day… It was about 3:30 in the afternoon and I had to get some things squared away before my meeting with Olivia. There was a knock on my office door. “Come in.” My right-hand man, Frank, escorted an associate in. They both stopped and stood in front of my desk. I was by the window enjoying the nice day. I turned to look back at the both of them, then went back to looking out the window. “Good afternoon, Jimmy. How's the day treating you?” “Hey, man. The day's been good. How about you?” I sighed. “Oh, you know, it's been treating me rather well, actually.” “That's gre-” I cut him off. “Except… I've been hearing some rumors. Very disturbing rumors, in fact. Would you like to hear them?” I glanced at him over my shoulder. He visibly shuddered as the color drained from his already pale skin. “Uhh, sure. What have you heard, sir?” I turned my body and began stalking towards him. He took a step back, but Frank was right behind him, causing him to have to be still. “I've been hearing reports of someone going around using my name for their own excursions. Even caused some flare-ups with long-time partners of mine. There are many things I take lightly, my reputation on the other hand… I do not.” I stared directly into his eyes as I spoke, commanding him not to look away. “Sir, if you'd hear me out. I will admit that I've used your name once or twice, but only to reinforce your rules and get business moving faster. That's all, nothing more than that.” He smiled warily at me, praying I'd buy his bullshit. I smiled at him and patted his shoulder and walked around to my desk, and sat down. I leaned back in my chair and swiveled back and forth. I stopped and placed my elbows on top of my desk and leaned my chin on top of my hands that were clasped together. “You see, I believe you. I believe in the beginning that was exactly what you were doing, and I get it. Sometimes, you gotta say and do certain things to get people moving. My name alone strikes fear in many hearts. But, here's the rub. I'm like Walmart. I don't say or do anything until I've collected enough information to press charges after you stole hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. And you, Jimmy, have collected an abundance of merchandise. And now it is time for you to pay up.” I slammed a heavy folder of documents showing Jimmy just how much he has stolen from me. “Wait, wait, sir, let me explain!” “I'm a patient man, and I've given you more than enough time to see the error of your ways. This has gone on for more than a year, and now it is time for me to collect.” I stood up and removed my dark gray blazer and hung it around my desk chair. Jimmy began to panic and tried to move away. Frank grabbed him immediately and held him in place. “No, no, wait, WAIT, PLEASE!!!” Jimmy held his hands out in front of him, trying to protect himself. I looked at him and looked at Frank, signaling him to let him go. He does, and Jimmy looks back at Frank then at me. I sighed heavily and leaned against my desk, crossing my legs. “Ok, how bout this. I like you, Jimmy. I really do. So I'm willing to give you one last chance. If you can hand me 2 million dollars right now in my hand, I'll let you go, and we can chop this up to growing pains. You can just send a direct deposit to me or something, but it has to be in the next 5 minutes. How's that?” I smiled at him, and he looked around frantically. My smile fell. “What's wrong? You look worried. Do you not have it? I thought you wanted to do something to help save your life. Have you changed your mind?” “What? How am I supposed to do that? I don't have that much. I can't just hand it to you. Just please give me some more time. I can have it for you by the end of the month.” I stood on my feet and smiled at him. I glanced at Frank, and he moved back from Jimmy. “Ok. Don't worry about it, Jimmy. You're right it is hard to hand over 2 million. So here's what you're gonna do for me right now to try and settle your debt.” He sighed a relieved sigh and smiled at me. I turned to face my desk and reached across it. “You can do this for me.” BANG!! I turned back around and shot him right in the head. His body fell to the floor with a loud thud. I walked over to the body and shot him again 4 more times. I began to walk away when I turned back towards Jimmy's body and looked down and noticed his blood stained my favorite rug. I got pissed and shot him another two times. “Great, you f****d up my favorite rug. If you did what you were supposed to do, my carpet wouldn't be f****d up right now. Get this dickhead outta here. And get Mini to get me a new carpet.” Frank nodded and called in the clean up crew. They removed the body and cleaned my office. “Good afternoon, you need a new carpet, sir?” “Ahh, yess. Sorry about the hassle. You can hardly find good help these days.” I sighed heading over to my walk-in closet, unbuttoning my shirt and untucking it from my pants. I unzipped my suit pants and allowed it to hang loosely on my body. My white shirt was now stained with stupid’s blood and I needed to change so I could get ready to meet Olivia. My curly hair, now black and silver from age, was gently slicked back with some curls still formed. My beard was mostly black. I switched from a white shirt to a soft blue one that would go nicely with my silver/gray suit. I wore suspenders that hung around my waist as I put on a fresh shirt. I'm a muscular man, with scars that can be found on many parts of my body. My gray eyes hide underneath my bushy brows and long lashes. I'm still a pretty good looking man for a 55 year old. I quickly redressed and headed out my door. It was 4:30pm and I needed to go to get to my next destination on time. I'm a stickler for timeliness. I walked out of my office with Frank in tow and we headed to my next appointment. Let's hope this one goes better than my last. I'd hate to shoot that pretty face of hers. “Mr. Monroe, your car is here, sir.” I nodded to the driver who stepped out to open my door. “Perfect.” Frank and I hopped in and settled into our seats. I looked into the rearview mirror to speak with the driver. “Shall we?” Without another word, he pulled off.
