He stopped proceedings and called for a five-minute break. Everybody filed away to get a drink and a rest. Chaos headed straight over to Anathema who had been surprised by the authority and respect Chaos commanded. Anathema had known Chaos was a talented fighter, but watching him lead his people was awe-inspiring. His physical prowess and pinpoint accuracy were breathtaking. Anathema was battling against the conflict of emotions which battered his senses. He was overjoyed to be here with Chaos, accepted by those he thought would kill him. He wanted to be a good human, to show them how much he had changed and to make Chaos proud of him. Yet at the same time, dark voices stirred in the back of his mind, voices that urged him to give in to the demonic instincts that still raged inside of him
