Aurora blinked her eyes a few times before finally flinging them open. The atmosphere was cold and she felt goosebumps on her skin. She inhaled the scent in the air and tried to figure out where she was, how long had she been asleep and why did she feel so weak? She felt her stomach churn in hunger. She put one leg down, then the other. The edges of the bed dipped as she put her full weight on it.
She looked round the strange environment. Where the hell was she? She staggered in a bid to get to her feet and held on to the bed for support, then she felt Ash, stirr inside her. A small smile spread across her lips as Ash made some sunny turns inside her head. Her stubborn wolf was always acting funny.
