Emily's POV
I waited by myself in the castle's medical room while Sebastian was in a meeting with his head-strong father. After what seemed to be twenty very long minutes, a bubbly looking doctor with a wide smile entered the room, startling me just a tad bit since I was getting used to my own company.
"Hello there, I'm Dr. Samm and I'll be your OBGNY. How are you feeling?" he asked as he placed a stethoscope around his neck.
"I've been better. It's mainly the morning sickness doing a number on me, and I forgot my pills in the US," I explained.
"That wouldn't be an issue, and morning sickness is very common and normal. Now, can you please lie backwards so I can conduct an ultrasound?"
"Sure," I responded and obliged.
